Queenscliff and Coastal Holiday Bookings is owned and operated by Kathryn Anderson, Debra Bowers and Joyce Joubert. We’ve all worked together in the past, at Andersons Real Estate in Queenscliff where we had a very successful holiday rental department. We feel the market now needs a specialised business to focus on this area, we have the expertise and with research believe we now have the computer software and website to offer owners and guests a state of the art live on line booking service.

Our specialised online application, YesBookit allows owners to log in and book out any times they wish to use their homes themselves or have family, friends or private bookings. We are an exclusive business and are concientious in carefully selecting properties that will meet the expectations of today's holiday rental market.

Guests are able to view virtual tours, photos, floor plans and maps of each property enabling them to make decisions quickly and easily. They can then make a tentative booking on-line, we will confirm their suitability and then a deposit is paid to confirm the booking – all within 48 hours.

Guests are informed they need to bring their own linen however if this is inconvenient we can arrange linen hire. We have a professional cleaners go through the property after each guest. A bond is taken at the time of booking and this is refunded to the guest after a satisfactory inspection when they have vacated. We can also arrange hire of cots and highchairs.

Our training means we can’t just stop at being a booking service, we need to be able to offer an all round package of service. Therefore we also manage the properties for the owners – we handle guest arrivals and departures, the cleaning and any maintenance the owners require. We will have their funds transferred into their nominated accounts and either email or mail out a copy of their statement so they can keep up to date.

We aim to make owning and booking a holiday home efficient and painless. We know from past experience a good holiday rental department needs to have good systems in place; to be well organised is the key!
