New and light filled this modern 2 storey beach home is located within 50m to the popular Phipp's Beach in Pt Lonsdale an easy walk to the shops and cafes in the main street. The house is stylishly furnished and has 3 bedrooms - 2 queen sized beds and the 3rd brm has a set of bunks with double on the bottom plus a trundle, sleeping 8. The main living area is open plan to the dining and large gourmet kitchen, with sliding glass doors to the back garden and bbq area, there is also a small tv/sitting room upstairs. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has a bath with sep shower and toilet. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there is a powder room as well.
Located on the bike track an easy ride into Queenscliff or the main Pt Lonsdale shopping village the owners are happy for guests to use their bikes however you will need to bring your own helmets. There is also a children's trampoline in the back yard which the owners are also happy for holiday guests to use (at their risk) but they ask that children are well supervised.
