Comprising 3 bedrooms - main has king sized bed, 2nd has queen sized bed while the large 3rd bedroom features 2 sets of beautiful quality bunks with queen sized beds on the bottom and enough room for adults to use comfortably. There is an ensuite to the main brm whilst the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom - plus there is an additional bathroom at the rear of the house - and an outdoor shower! The rear generous entertaining area has glass bifold doors to a large outdoor deck with bbq and beautiful outdoor lounge furniture. The host kitchen is state of the art and offers microwave, gas cooker and dishwasher.
Comfort is assured with ducted heating and airconditioning plus gas log fire in the main bedroom and of course that stunning open fire in the living area. In addition a 50" plasma TV and DVD plus Wii games system and surround sound. Additional TV's are in the main and bunk bedrooms. No expense has been spared with the set up of this wonderful beach house; it's all there to kick back and enjoy!
