CHEVIGNON - Its a French connection!
Arrive at Chevignon and you will discover a meticulously styled home with an international flair of 'provincial meets the Hamptons'. It will leave you with no option but to relax, enjoy and stay in the moment.
Chevignon has three bedrooms, main with ensuite. The bedding configuration is ideally suited for families with children or several couples & friends. The main bedroom consists of Queen bed followed by the second bedroom with Double and third with 2 Singles sleeping a total of 6.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen provide a great light filled space that opens to a modest deck area and back yard. The concertina window from the kitchen provides a servery, making alfresco entertaining a breeze, whilst the outdoor shower will come in handy after a day at the beach. A sitting room provides a 'chill out' space that calls for curling up with a good book or playing old fashioned board games with the kids.
The main bathroom has a regal claw foot bath and shower plus a hidden european laundry whilst the elegant ensuite has a shower.
This cottage is located just on the fringe of the town center (approx. 10 minute walk) and even closer stroll to the nearby beach and play ground. It has aircon, jetmaster fire place and nobo style heating.In the kitchen, there is an Nespresso Citiz coffee machine - pods not included.
All around, Chevignon provides a great place to stay for up to 6 people and the much loved family dog is more than welcome to stay too (please read the T& C's below)!
We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration consists of 1 x Queen, 1 x Double, 2 x Single. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.
HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. A Security Bond of $500.00 applies - Your credit card details will be retained as the Security Bond.
A pre-arrival email will be sent 1 week prior to your arrival with various housekeeping info including key collection.
**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
