This architecturally designed home is one of a kind and carefully nestled amongst the bush with the beach at your back door. You will instantly be at ease when you arrive at this home which is so at one with the environment. There is a warm rustic feeling throughout with plenty of modern design elements to enjoy and surprise. There is room to move here and the sleeping configuration will cater for up to 12 guests. There are four bedrooms, 2 king, 1 queen and the 4th has 3 sets of built in bunks which are suitable for children. The large open plan living area links to a lovely resort style indoor/outdoor space.

No need for queing up for morning showers as there are 3 bathrooms (incl 1 ensuite) and outdoor shower. The house was built to passive solar principles and with the clever use of cross breezes, does not require airconditioning. Heating is central gas ducted heating plus there is also an open fireplace in the lounge area. The BBQ area is nestled in a courtyard style entertaining deck and the only thing that separates you from the beach is a gorgeous "lovers walk" track right at the back gate. This is a pet friendly home and most ideal for dogs that love the beach! Please take note that whilst the fencing is secure it is not suitable for small dogs as it is just post and wire. This property is set back from Bellarine Hwy and very secluded so we advise that care will need to be taken in finding the property. NB 1 king bed can be converted to 2 singles. The security bond for this property is $1500. Foxtel available.

Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.

Guests are required to bring their own linen and towels - doonas and pillows are provided. Alternatively linen hire can be arranged in advance to your arrival through our office.

Point Lonsdale Market

The Point Lonsdale Market is one of the larger and more popular markets on the Bellarine Peninsula. The market features local produce from locally made jams to spuds straight from the farmer's cart. Lovers of art and craft are not forgotten either with plenty home made clothes and artworks up for great prices. All goods are home made, produced or grown. There are art and craft stalls and plant and food stalls. This market is held on the second Sunday of the month and on Easter Saturday. There are approximately 150 stalls, indoor and outdoor, with goodies for the whole family.
