This architecturally designed home is one of a kind and carefully nestled amongst the bush with the beach at your back door. You will instantly be at ease when you arrive at this home which is so at one with the environment. The house was built to passive solar principles and with the clever use of cross breezes, does not require airconditioning. Heating is central gas ducted heating plus there is also an open fireplace in the lounge area. The BBQ area is nestled in a courtyard style entertaining deck and the only thing that separates you from the beach is a gorgeous "lovers walk" track right at the back gate.
