This architecturally designed home is one of a kind and carefully nestled amongst the bush with the beach at your back door. You will instantly be at ease when you arrive at this home which is so at one with the environment. There is a warm rustic feeling throughout with plenty of modern design elements to enjoy and surprise. There is room to move here and the sleeping configuration will cater for up to 12 guests. There are four bedrooms: 2 kings, 1 queen and the 4th bedroom has 3 sets of built in bunks which are suitable for children. The large open plan living area links to a lovely resort style indoor/outdoor space.

No need for queing up for morning showers as there are 3 bathrooms (incl 1 ensuite) and outdoor shower. The house was built to passive solar principles and with the clever use of cross breezes, does not require airconditioning. Heating is central gas ducted heating plus there is also an open fireplace in the lounge area. The BBQ area is nestled in a courtyard style entertaining deck and the only thing that separates you from the beach is a gorgeous "lovers walk" track right at the back gate. This is a pet friendly home and most ideal for dogs that love the beach! (Please refer to T&C,s below). Please take note that whilst the fencing is secure it is not suitable for small dogs as it is just post and wire. This property is set back from Bellarine Hwy and very secluded so we advise that care will need to be taken in finding the property. Kids can enjoy the Netflix,Foxtel and Wii Board game available.

PETS:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture/beds; and please pick up your dog's droppings prior to your departure. If you require secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss and ensure you understand what post and wire fencing entails prior to making your booking.

LINEN:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 2 X King, 1 x Queen (with all three using king sized doona covers); and 6 x Singles.(NB 1 king bed can be converted to 2 singles). Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable.
