It is only a whisper away from gorgeous Queenscliff bay beach & kids playground, and a brief stroll to town centre that offers boutique shopping, galleries, fine or casual dining and rich maritime history. If you are visiting Queenscliff for the Blues Train, Music Festival, Hot Rod Run or other event, Cooinda offers charming accommodation that will complete your weekend.

Due to its location and amenities, it's no wonder that Cooinda has a high repeat client rate. Encircled by a light & bright ambience and modern furnishings, there are three bedrooms consisting of 1 x Queen, 1 x Double and 1 single day bed that can convert to a double, if using as a double you will need 2 x single sheets as the mattress is 2 singles, there is a single and double doona for this bedroom. The open plan living space overlooks a lovely and expansive deck area with Weber Q BBQ an ideal spot for entertaining and relaxing – you can even help yourself to the herb garden.

The main bedroom has a TV and ensuite, with access to an inviting private back deck area with adirondack chairs and side table to rest your drink & book. The rear garden is a fun & safe place to play for the kids whilst mum and dad can keep a watchful eye from all deck spaces.

The open plan living and kitchen is the central hub of the home and offers a cosy fire for winter and comfortable heating and cooling for all four seasons (central heating & cooling). There is flat screen TV, Bluetooth dock and blu-ray DVD player for your entertainment.

Cooinda is suitable for families with young children, couples sharing, retirees, girl's weekends or a romantic getaway. This property is also dog friendly (for a fee), and with fully secure fencing, you can rest assured that your furry friend will be safe. A high chair is also available. Everything is at your fingertips at Cooinda and is highly recommended!

We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.

PETS:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

LINEN:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 1 x Queen, 1 x Double, and 1 x Single day bed that can be converted into a double. If using it as a double, you will need 2 x single sheets as the mattress is 2 singles. There is a single and double doona for the day bed. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

Your Credit Card details will be retained as a Security Bond.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable. So from now until October you'll find us enjoying the view of olive groves, bushland and Swan Bay over a long lunch. Want to know the best bit of our lunch services? They all connect with the ferries from Melbourne and Sorrento! So you can have a full day out and leave all the transport to us The Bellarine is gorgeous in Winter, so if you want to spend the weekend down here we can suggest a number of fantastic accommodation options.
