The property boasts a large open plan kitchen, dining and living that opens to the outdoors. Ideal for cold winter nights, in the livingroom there is a gas fire place, or for more all over warmth, there is central heating. And for the warmer weather an air conditioner. A second living area is adjacent to the main queen size & ensuited bedroom. A european style laundry is complete with top loading washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs The two bedrooms are: 1 x queen; and 2 x single with 1 x fold out bed. Both have ceiling fans. A shared bathroom comes with spa bath and shower. The queen bedroom has a small balcony.
The outdoor entertaining area is modest in size and ideal to cater for BBQ's with friends or family. The outdoor shower will come in handy when returning from what will be regular outings to the beach.
There is off street parking for one vehicle in the driveway. The Garage is not for guest use.
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is 2 x queen; and 2 x single with 1 x fold out bed. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff.
