The main bedroom is downstairs with a Queen size bed, built-in his/her robes and a generous ensuite with heating. Upstairs, a further Queen bedroom is paired with a final bedroom with 2 single beds. The main bathroom upstairs has a bathtub/shower and toilet. Additionally downstairs, a separate powder room provides extra amenities for any guests. All 3 bedrooms have fans, split system air-conditioners and bar heating.

The spotless kitchen with european appliances and large fridge/freezer opens onto a dining area for 10 and an open plan living area with super comfortable couches for 8, a gas fireplace, air-conditioning, big screen TV/DVD/stereo.

Back sliding glass doors open onto the rear deck and landscaped courtyard which is a lovely private area for relaxing. A new Weber BBQ, market umbrella, large table and bench seats make entertaining a breeze.

With ample heating and air-conditioning, this home is comfortable all year round. It also has a laundry with washing machine and dryer, outdoor shower, lock up garage, cubby house and bean bag loungers and recliners. This house does not offer wifi/NBN connection or linen pack. Unfortunately, due to the owner's allergies, pets are not able to be accommodated at Shortlands.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 2 x queen; 2 x single. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bed-making, or $75 with bed-making.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable. So from now until October you'll find us enjoying the view of olive groves, bushland and Swan Bay over a long lunch. Want to know the best bit of our lunch services?
