This home boasts quality furnishings and fittings throughout; it has 3 bedrooms, all with airconditioners - the main is downstairs with an ensuite while upstairs you have the 2nd brm which has a Queen bed and the 3rd brm which has 2 single beds and also the main bathroom with bath tub with shower over and toilet.

The beautiful kitchen flows nicely to the dining area and open plan living area which has glass sliding doors onto the rear deck and BBQ area making it a lovely area for entertaining and relaxing. The dining area has a table and chairs for 8 people.

With good heating and airconditioning this home is comfortable all year round. It also has a laundry with washing machine and dryer, outdoor shower, stairgate and highchair, lock up garage and so much more.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 2 x queen; 2 x single. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

Festival of Sails

With over 15 different race series catering from the highest performance Grand Prix racers to trailable cruisers, the varied race action is sure to offer something for everyone, and spectators will certainly not be disappointed. First held in 1844, the Festival of Sails is Victoria's oldest ongoing sporting event, and the largest annual keel boat regatta in the Southern Hemisphere. For those not competing on-water, there is plenty of shore-side excitement taking place with over 100,000 people flocking to the stunning Waterfront Geelong over the Australia Day holiday period to be part of the excitement. The Fireworks Extravaganza will take place on the Geelong Waterfront on Australia Day, 26 January 2019.

Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race

Dates: 01-January-2020 - 31-January-2020
The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race is a pro event being staged in Geelong and the Surf Coast for the sixth consecutive year in January 2020. (Specific dates yet to be confirmed). Thousands of elite cyclists will be in Geelong this summer to be part of the third Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race - expected to be bigger and better than the previous events! Consisting of the 174km Elite Men’s Race, which in a coup for the event, has secured a place on the coveted UCI WorldTour racing calendar (2017-2019), announced by world cycling’s governing body, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), and 113km Elite Women’s Race (also endorsed with an official UCI classification). Riders will travel from the Geelong Waterfront to Barwon Heads, Torquay and return. There's also an open participation event - the Swisse People's Ride, enabling approx. 4,000 cyclists to ride the course. There are 65km and 111km courses again, plus the introduction of a new, shorter course - 35km.
