Nestled away in a very private setting close to the beach and with Swan Bay views. A beautifully designed and built 2 storey light filled "O'Dowd" house it has 4 bedrooms, 3 downstairs being a double, the 3rd with 2 sets of bunks (suitable for children only) the 4th has a king sized single and a trundle. Also downstairs is the rumpus room with TV & DVD & play station, a large bathroom with a separate powder room and laundry with front loading washing machine.

Upstairs features the open plan kitchen and living area that flows through large glass sliding doors onto the enormous deck which overlooks Swan Bay and offers wonderful alfresco living. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD and wifi and loads of games & books to relax and enjoy over the holidays. The stylish chef's kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop and oven, coffee machine and much more. The generous main bedroom (upstairs) has a queen bed and is accessed through the bathroom for maximum privacy and ease of use of the bathroom facilities for everyone. Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are beautifully designed with a sense of space and luxury - the downstairs bathroom has a huge bath and separate shower recess - both have heated towel rails. Furnished in the "retro"style this home offers loads of character and comfort.

The house has hydronic heating through out but also has a wood log fire upstairs for that fabulous winter ambience. It also has R/C airconditioning upstairs. There is also a Bose CD/radio.

Within it's own "compound" this home offers loads of space for cars, boats and play!

Special discount rates are available for stays of 1 month or more.

PETS:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. Pets are not allowed on the furniture/beds, and guests are required to collect their dog's droppings prior to departure. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

LINEN:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 1 X Queen, 1 X Double,1 x king single, 5 x singles. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable. So from now until October you'll find us enjoying the view of olive groves, bushland and Swan Bay over a long lunch. Want to know the best bit of our lunch services? They all connect with the ferries from Melbourne and Sorrento! So you can have a full day out and leave all the transport to us The Bellarine is gorgeous in Winter, so if you want to spend the weekend down here we can suggest a number of fantastic accommodation options.
