Equally fantastic views can be gained from the generous main lounge that offers very comfortable living with ornate decorative pieces and artwork, TV & DVD. The home is heated with central gas ducted heating and due to having 1' thick masonry walls it stays cool over the warmer months but it does also have an airconditioner.
Clydesville offers loads of accommodation which makes it ideal for a girls weekend away, a family get together or just a catch up with a group of friends, it consists of five bedrooms - linen and bathroom towels are included - configured with 1 king, 3 queens and 1 x 2 king single beds. There is a second living area which makes a great space for the kids to catch up with a board game and movie or two and also has a TV & DVD. The large kitchen and butler's pantry is situated at the rear and offers loads of space for entertaining with a more casual dining area linking to the bbq on the patio and then onto the lovely rear garden.

This home has lots of nooks and crannies that will allow everyone their own space. The bathroom has his & her vanities, inviting claw foot bath and separate shower. One of the queen bedrooms is ensuited with a shower & WC plus a third WC exists off the laundry which has a washing machine and a dryer.

Recently landscaped to emphasise the beautiful locale and facade the front yard now has a very stately appearance while the rear landscaping provides for lovely gardens to enjoy bbq's and outdoor living. A large sliding rear fence gives access to carparking. It is well fenced keeping little ones secure.

Clydesville was built to impress with it's space and attention to detail, it is in a perfect location opposite the park & beach and just around the corner from the shops & restaurants. While not far from the Church's, Golf Club, Blue's Train and Harbour which also makes it ideal for Special Occassions. Situated in the very heart of Queenscliff close to the main shopping strip, opposite parklands & the beach and close to all the churches. It is the ideal property for those attending weddings and functions as well as family get togethers, friends just wanting time to catch up or even a special girls weekend.

Small well behaved dogs will be considered on application - if permitted there is an additional $33 dog fee and $200 doggie bond.

Summer Seasonal bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights - please don't hesitate to contact our office if you would like further information or have any difficulties in placing your booking. The calendars are set at Thursday changeovers, if this doesn't suit your dates please speak with us so we can work around it for you.

Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race

The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race is a pro event being staged in Geelong and the Surf Coast for the fifth consecutive year in January 2019. Thousands of elite cyclists will be in Geelong this summer to be part of the third Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race - expected to be bigger and better than the previous events! Consisting of the 174km Elite Men’s Race, which in a coup for the event, has secured a place on the coveted UCI WorldTour racing calendar (2017-2019), announced by world cycling’s governing body, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), and 113km Elite Women’s Race (also endorsed with an official UCI classification). Riders will travel from the Geelong Waterfront to Barwon Heads, Torquay and return. There's also an open participation event - the Swisse People's Ride, enabling approx. 4,000 cyclists to ride the course. There are 65km and 111km courses again, plus the introduction of a new, shorter course - 35km. Festival of Sails

With over 15 different race series catering from the highest performance Grand Prix racers to trailable cruisers, the varied race action is sure to offer something for everyone, and spectators will certainly not be disappointed. First held in 1844, the Festival of Sails is Victoria's oldest ongoing sporting event, and the largest annual keel boat regatta in the Southern Hemisphere. For those not competing on-water, there is plenty of shore-side excitement taking place with over 100,000 people flocking to the stunning Waterfront Geelong over the Australia Day holiday period to be part of the excitement. The Fireworks Extravaganza will take place on the Geelong Waterfront on Australia Day, 26 January 2019.
