There is a second living area which is a great space for the kids to catch up with a board game, or a movie and it also has a TV & DVD. It's also linked to the bbq on the patio and the lovely rear garden. (An Nespresso Coffee machine is provided with a small supply of coffee pods).

Recent landscaping emphasise the beautiful locale and facade of the period architecture, whilst the rear of the property provides for lovely gardens to enjoy bbq's and outdoor living. A large sliding rear fence gives access to carparking. It is well fenced keeping little ones secure.

Clydesville was built to impress with it's space and attention to detail. It is in a perfect location opposite the park & beach, and just around the corner from the shops & restaurants. While not far from the Churches, Golf Club, Blues Train and Harbour, it's ideal for Special Occassions.
