Clydesville offers loads of accommodation which makes it ideal for a girls weekend away, a family get together or just a catch up with a group of friends, it consists of five bedrooms - linen and bathroom towels are included - configured with 1 king, 3 queens and 1 x 2 king single beds. There is a second living area which makes a great space for the kids to catch up with a board game and movie or two and also has a TV & DVD. The large kitchen and butler's pantry is situated at the rear and offers loads of space for entertaining with a more casual dining area linking to the bbq on the patio and then onto the lovely rear garden.

This home has lots of nooks and crannies that will allow everyone their own space. The bathroom has his & her vanities, inviting claw foot bath and separate shower. One of the queen bedrooms is ensuited with a shower & WC plus a third WC exists off the laundry which has a washing machine and a dryer.

Recently landscaped to emphasise the beautiful locale and facade the front yard now has a very stately appearance while the rear landscaping provides for lovely gardens to enjoy bbq's and outdoor living. A large sliding rear fence gives access to carparking. It is well fenced keeping little ones secure.

Point Lonsdale Market

The Point Lonsdale Market is one of the larger and more popular markets on the Bellarine Peninsula. The market features local produce from locally made jams to spuds straight from the farmer's cart. Lovers of art and craft are not forgotten either with plenty home made clothes and artworks up for great prices. All goods are home made, produced or grown. There are art and craft stalls and plant and food stalls. This market is held on the second Sunday of the month and on Easter Saturday. There are approximately 150 stalls, indoor and outdoor, with goodies for the whole family.
