Now with unlimited wifi! Casual furnishings mix with some lovely antiques to provide that homely feeling where you can stretch out and just relax. With a TV, DVD & stereo the living area provides tucked away from prying eyes, this lovely modest unit offers peace & tranquility and just a flat 5 minute stroll to the beach. While the unit is modest, a welcoming ambiance greets you when you walk through the front door into the open plan lounge and dining area. The necessities such as a gas wall furnace to keep you warm in the cooler months, and an air conditioner for comfort during those hot summer days, are provided. The dining area has glass sliding doors to the small leafy courtyard and an outdoor setting & bbq. The yard is ideal for small or older dogs, who don't need a lot of space for exercise. Note - $33 dog fee, per dog per stay.(Please read T&C's).
The hostess kitchen has a gas cooktop and electric under-bench cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and all the normal amenities you need. The kitchen links up with the laundry that has a washing machine and dryer.
Two bright bedrooms have queen beds, making it ideal for couples or friends sharing, or a young family. The bathroom has a shower, separate bath, vanity and toilet.
Drive down the side drive - you have a lock up garage to tuck the car away. A great little getaway and very reasonably priced so you can afford to "get away" often!
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. Pets are not allowed on the furniture/beds. Guests are required to clean up their dog's droppings prior to departure. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 2 x Queen. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.
We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.
Special discount rates are available for stays of 1 month or more.
Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond. ($500 and an additional bond of $200 if bringing pets).
A pre-arrival email will be sent 1 week prior to your arrival with various housekeeping info including key collection.
