With a TV, DVD & stereo the living area provides tTucked away from prying eyes, this lovely modest unit offers peace and tranquility and just a flat 5 minute stroll to the beach. While the unit is modest, a welcoming ambiance greets you when you walk through the front door into the open plan lounge and dining area. he necessities plus a gas wall furnace to keep you warm in the cooler months and an airconditioner for comfort during those hot summer days. The dining area has glass sliding doors to the small leafy courtyard which has an outdoor setting and bbq. Ideal for small dogs or older dogs who don't need a lot of space for exercise.

The hostess kitchen has a gas cooktop and elec underbench cooker, dishwasher and microwave and all the normal amenities you need, it links to the laundry with it's washing machine and dryer.

2 bright bedrooms both with queen beds makes it ideal for couple or friends sharing or a young family. The linking bathroom has a shower, sep bath, vanity and toilet.

Drive down the side drive - you have a lock up garage to tuck the car away. A great little getaway and very reasonably priced so you can afford to "get away" often!

Bed Sizes are Queen - doona sizes are Queen. Guest to provide linen and towels or arrange linen hire with booking agent.

A $500 security bond is payable (an additional $200 doggie bond and $33 surcharge per pet) and can be held by credit card if the tariff has been paid with that card and card details provided on the booking registration.

Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race

The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race is a pro event being staged in Geelong and the Surf Coast for the fifth consecutive year in January 2019. Thousands of elite cyclists will be in Geelong this summer to be part of the third Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race - expected to be bigger and better than the previous events! Consisting of the 174km Elite Men’s Race, which in a coup for the event, has secured a place on the coveted UCI WorldTour racing calendar (2017-2019), announced by world cycling’s governing body, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), and 113km Elite Women’s Race (also endorsed with an official UCI classification). Riders will travel from the Geelong Waterfront to Barwon Heads, Torquay and return. There's also an open participation event - the Swisse People's Ride, enabling approx. 4,000 cyclists to ride the course. There are 65km and 111km courses again, plus the introduction of a new, shorter course - 35km.
