If you love the idea of ditching the car and exploring the town by foot or bicycle then this is a perfect match for you, it’s also great for families with older kids that love the freedom of coming and going. Of if you have littlies, they will love having the park and beach just around the corner and Harry’s Kiosk where they can provide you with a picnic blanket coffee and cake while you watch the kids play.

When it’s time to retreat, you will have every comfort you need in this contemporary, relaxed style living. It has a friendly & welcoming appeal with modern amenities such as Wifi, well equipped kitchen with pod coffee machine, laundry (plus dryer), gas heater, R/C air conditioning and leafy courtyard for outdoor living. There are two bedrooms one with Queen bed, and second with trio bunk (queen on bottom bunk & king single up top) sleeping a total of 5. According to Australian standards, only children over the age of 9 years should use the top bunk. There is a spacious ensuite, shared bathroom with separate shower and bath plus there is a second shower room and toilet off the laundry.

The living area is open plan with dining space for 6 and lounge can be converted to a double bed should you have overnight guests. There is easy access from the kitchen & lounge area to the leafy courtyard making outdoor entertaining a breeze. NB The mezzanine level is Not available to guests.

We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.

Please note the spa bath and the wood fire are not operational.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is:
There are two bedrooms 2 x Queen;, 1 x king single.
Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. There is a Security Bond $500 - Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.

All welcome to attend our monthly bluegrass session. Bring along your bluegrass songs & fiddle tunes to share or just sit, have a drink and enjoy the music! Day Out With Thomas

Thomas The Tank Engine will be at Queenscliff all day, for unlimited rides in those Troublesome Trucks Oliver will take everyone on a scenic 45-minute return trip along Swan Bay Meet Sir Topham Hatt and Thomas’ Driver and have your photo taken with them!
