If you love the idea of ditching the car and exploring the town by foot or bicycle then this is a perfect match for you, it’s also great for families with older kids that love the freedom of coming and going. Of if you have littlies, they will love having the park and beach just around the corner and Harry’s Kiosk where they can provide you with a picnic blanket coffee and cake while you watch the kids play.

When it’s time to retreat, you will have every comfort you need in this contemporary, relaxed style living. It has a friendly & welcoming appeal with modern amenities such as Wifi, well equipped kitchen with pod coffee machine, laundry (plus dryer), gas heater, R/C air conditioning and leafy courtyard for outdoor living. There are two bedrooms one with Queen bed, and second with trio bunk (queen on bottom bunk & king single up top) sleeping a total of 5. According to Australian standards, only children over the age of 9 years should use the top bunk. There is a spacious ensuite, shared bathroom with separate shower and bath plus there is a second shower room and toilet off the laundry.

The living area is open plan with dining space for 6 and lounge can be converted to a double bed should you have overnight guests. There is easy access from the kitchen & lounge area to the leafy courtyard making outdoor entertaining a breeze. NB The mezzanine level is Not available to guests.

We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.

Please note the spa bath and the wood fire are not operational.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
The bedding configuration is: 1 x Queen; 1 Queen and 1 x king single tri bunk
Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable. So from now until October you'll find us enjoying the view of olive groves, bushland and Swan Bay over a long lunch. Want to know the best bit of our lunch services? They all connect with the ferries from Melbourne and Sorrento! So you can have a full day out and leave all the transport to us The Bellarine is gorgeous in Winter, so if you want to spend the weekend down here we can suggest a number of fantastic accommodation options.
