Ideal for families or couples seeking some R&R. A classic two storey home of three bedrooms. A large open plan living, kitchen and dining area provides space for any occasion. There is a large flat screen TV and a BLUray DVD player with surround sound to be enjoyed as you sit in comfortable leather lounges or you can rest outside of the action on the easy informal day bed. Winter comfort comes from a beautiful gas log fire and cooling in the summer via reverse cycle air-conditioners upstairs and down.Step into the private back yard, lunch under the shade sail, pick up some sun on the sun lounges or start the 4 burner BBQ. You will find in the cedar garden shed a toilet and hot shower, ideal from returning from the beach. The downstairs main bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and bathroom. One bedroom upstairs comprises a queen bed, single trundle, Flat screen TV (including foxtel) and a DVD player whereas the other bedroom has 2 king single beds and a single trundle. The bedrooms share the top bathroom. There is a garage with an automatic door for your car and off street parking for another car. A great children's park is just outside the front picket gate.

Linen and towels are not provided- guests may bring their own or opt for linen hire prior to arrival. Doona's and pillows are provided. Please note doona sizes - 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles plus 2 singles for trundle beds.

Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race

The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race is a pro event being staged in Geelong and the Surf Coast for the fifth consecutive year in January 2019. Thousands of elite cyclists will be in Geelong this summer to be part of the third Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race - expected to be bigger and better than the previous events! Consisting of the 174km Elite Men’s Race, which in a coup for the event, has secured a place on the coveted UCI WorldTour racing calendar (2017-2019), announced by world cycling’s governing body, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), and 113km Elite Women’s Race (also endorsed with an official UCI classification). Riders will travel from the Geelong Waterfront to Barwon Heads, Torquay and return. There's also an open participation event - the Swisse People's Ride, enabling approx. 4,000 cyclists to ride the course. There are 65km and 111km courses again, plus the introduction of a new, shorter course - 35km.
