Amaroo is a three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with two living areas. The living areas consist of a front room with flat screen TV & Wii Games suitable for kids or the young at heart.
Towards the rear of the property is the open plan living, kitchen, dining and alfresco outdoor area- all with absolute WOW factor. The ambience in the living room is enhanced with a contemporary gas pebble fire. Reverse cycle airconditioners are in the living areas as well as every bedroom. The look & feel here is slick & modern whilst still evoking a warm and cosy feeling. The alfresco area is a master chefs haven with state of the art plumbed in gas BBQ complete with extraction fan and timer controlled outdoor heating panels.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The main boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV, BluRay and loads of wardrobe space. The immaculate ensuite has double shower. Bedroom two consists of 1 Queen with king sized doona; and bedroom three has: 1 trio (1 x Double on the bottom with 1 x single above), plus 1 standard bunk (2 x singles), allowing the property to accept a total of 9 occupants. Please note that the bunks are ONLY suitable for children.
Amaroo is located near Swan Bay and is approximately 4km's from Queenscliff's town center. Nearby attractions include the Bellarine Rail Trail, great for cycling and bike enthusiasts with the beach and milk bar only a short stroll away.

There is a 2 night minimum stay duration throughout the year, however over summer it is 7 nightly minimum booking.
We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.
With the current Covid 19 regulations we are required to obtain contact details - names, addresses and mobile numbers - of all occupants who do not reside in your residence.
If you are unable to travel due to Government covid travel restrictions we will either move your booking to dates of your selection when you are able to travel or provide you with a refund of the tariff paid.

Small Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is:1 x King, 1 x Queen (but king size doona cover needed), 1 x trio - one double on the bottom with a single bunk above; 1 x single bunks - that is, 2 singles in total, bunks are not suitable for adults. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.
High chair hire is also available.
HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.
**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
