Now this is the essence of what holidays & time away is all about. Walk in and feel instantly at ease in this light filled, modern home surrounded by Ti-Tree and sounds of the surf. Only 8 years old this house offers comfort and location! And now has Wifi. Located 2 streets back from the main shopping/cafe strip, it is easy walking distance to the hub of town, Point Lonsdale front beach, viewing deck, kids playground, the back surf beach and new surf club. The spectacular new Lonsdale Links is also close by.
Baillieu Breeze consists of three good sized bedrooms sleeping a total of 8 guests (1 x Queen, 2 x Singles, Trio bunk (1 x single & 1 x double) plus a trundle. The main bedroom with queen sized bed has an ensuite while the 2 secondary bedrooms - 2nd has 2 singles and the 3rd has a trio bunk - they share a modern bathroom which has a separate bath, shower, vanity and toilet. The 3rd bedroom has a TV so can also be used for a kids rumpus room. The laundry is separate with a washing machine and dryer.

The open plan living / dining area is spacious yet cosy, furnished in lovely coastal tones and with an air hockey table for lots of fun. Glass doors lead onto the large outdoor deck and BBQ area which has an outdoor setting & heater so you can enjoy being outdoors anytime of the year. The fencing is good for littlies and fur babies.

Climate control is easy with ducted heating. Air conditioning is available in the living area.

Many extras include foxtel, wifi, an outdoor gas heater and outdoor hot and cold shower.

Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

IS THERE LINEN:

Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is:1 x Queen, 2 x Singles, Trio bunk (1 x double below & 1 x single above) plus a single trundle. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.

There is a 2 night minimum stay duration throughout the year however over summer it is 7 nightly block bookings.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable. So from now until October you'll find us enjoying the view of olive groves, bushland and Swan Bay over a long lunch. Want to know the best bit of our lunch services? They all connect with the ferries from Melbourne and Sorrento! So you can have a full day out and leave all the transport to us The Bellarine is gorgeous in Winter, so if you want to spend the weekend down here we can suggest a number of fantastic accommodation options.
