This breezy beach house is located within 30m of the popular Phipp's Beach in Pt Lonsdale, is an easy walk to the shops, and cafes in the main street or a longer walk into Queenscliff. Its has 3 bedrooms - 2 x queen sized beds and the 3rd bedroom has a set of bunks with(1 x double on the bottom, 1 x single on top), plus a trundle, sleeping 8. All the bedrooms and a cosy sitting area with couch and TV are upstairs and have RC aircon, the main bedroom also has a TV. Bedlinen and bath towels are included in the tariff.

The main living area is open plan to the dining and large gourmet kitchen with sliding glass doors to the back garden and bbq area, there is also a small tv/sitting room upstairs. The main bedroom has a TV and an ensuite and the main bathroom has a bath with sep shower and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there is a powder room as well. The driveway provides access to a double lock up garage. There is an outdoor shower at the front of the property so you can wash the sand off after your beach morning walk.

Located on the bike track an easy ride into Queenscliff or the main Pt Lonsdale shopping village.
Beachcomber is a 2 storey dual occupancy property with loads of privacy - it is at the back of the property and separated via large double lock up garages.

We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.
With the current Covid 19 regulations we are required to obtain contact details - names, addresses and mobile numbers - of all occupants who do not reside in your residence.
If you are unable to travel due to Government covid travel restrictions we will either move your booking to dates of your selection when you are able to travel or provide you with a refund of the tariff paid.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable. So from now until October you'll find us enjoying the view of olive groves, bushland and Swan Bay over a long lunch. Want to know the best bit of our lunch services?
