SEASIDE IDAHO - Close to the Parks and Beach.

This modern holiday home is situated 2 minutes from the front beach, sports oval and general store and about a 7 minute walk to the main shopping strip. Bright and lovely, the home has 3 bedrooms - 2 x queen and the 3rd with 2 singles. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms share a modern bathroom. The light filled open plan kitchen has a dishwasher & microwave and main living area has R/C aircon and a wood fireplace - this doesn't have a full firescreen so you will need to make sure littlies are supervised. Glass doors open to the great entertaining deck and bbq. There is also a rumpus room with an extra TV & DVD and a European laundry. This is a great house for seaside holidays - a high front fence ensures privacy and enables a great front yard area to be utilised more often.

Pets:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave. .If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

We are keeping our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. We have also implemented contactless key collection to further promote safe distancing.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
The bedding configuration is:
2 x queen; 2 x singles. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
This fee will need to be paid separately if your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz. In this case our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into separately. If the booking is through our website (www.qchb.com) guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff.
