SEASIDE IDAHO - Close to the Parks and Beach.

This modern holiday home is situated 2 minutes from the front beach, sports oval and general store and about a 7 minute walk to the main shopping strip. Bright and lovely, the home has 3 bedrooms - 2 x queen and the 3rd with a set of single bunks suitable for children. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms share a modern bathroom. The light filled open plan kitchen has a dishwasher & microwave and main living area has a strong R/C aircon which filters into the bedrooms and a wood fireplace - this doesn't have a full firescreen so you will need to make sure littlies are supervised. Glass doors open to the great entertaining deck and bbq. There is also a rumpus room with an extra TV & DVD and a European laundry. This is a great house for seaside holidays - a high front fence ensures privacy and enables a great front yard area to be utilised more often.

Pets:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave. .If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
The bedding configuration is:
2 x queen; 2 x singles. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable. So from now until October you'll find us enjoying the view of olive groves, bushland and Swan Bay over a long lunch. Want to know the best bit of our lunch services? They all connect with the ferries from Melbourne and Sorrento!
