Lonsdale Shores has recently been refurbished creating a great ambience with all one could ask for in a holiday. Ideal to enjoy all year around, Lonsdale Shores boasts cosy gas log fire for those blustery winter days, or reverse cycle AC for balmy summer nights. Affordable and comfortable accommodation is hard to find when coupled with stunning views- so this is a property that must be considered by families with children or friends just wanting to get together. Lonsdale Shores has two levels and boasts a practical floor plan with host styled kitchen - induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine & dishwasher, spacious living are with a new leather couch, gas log fire, R/C aircon and TV, meals area has a dining table with plenty of room for 8 and there is a downstairs bedroom (with 1 x Queen & 1 x Single & 1 x trundle) plus a bathroom with shower over the bath, vanity and sep toilet. The laundry has a washing machine. The outdoor entertaining is very private at Lonsdale Shores with a BBQ area and gardens and is well fenced for littlies and furbabies. There are also 2 fabulous decks upstairs that are ideal for alfresco dining or twilight summer drinkswhere you can enjoy the views over the rip. Upstairs consists of a second living area with couch and TV, plus 2 bedrooms. One is the main with a queen bed and ensuite. The other has 2 x single beds.
Lonsdale Shores is hidden away behind a high front fence in lovely gardens and offers double lock up garage to keep your car off the street.

All in all if you are after the perfect package that combines comfort with beautiful seascapes than this is the property for you!

Pets:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 2 x Queen; 1 x trundle single bed; 3 x single beds.
Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.
