Lonsdale Shores is in an enviable location only 100m from Pt Lonsdale front beach, the children's playground, shops and cafes; an easy walk - how nice not to need a car, just leave it tucked away in the locked garage!
Lonsdale Shores has recently been refurbished creating a great ambience with all one could ask for in a holiday. Ideal for all year around, Lonsdale Shores boasts cosy gas fire for those blustery winter days, or reverse cycle AC for balmy summer nights. Affordable and comfortable accommodation is hard to find when coupled with stunning views- so this is a property that must be considered by families with children or friends just wanting to get together. Lonsdale Shores has two levels and boasts a practical floor plan with kitchen, spacious living, meals & a downstairs bedroom (with 1 x Queen & 1 x Single & 1 x trundle) plus a bathroom. The outdoor entertaining is fantastic at Lonsdale Shores with functional BBQ area not to mention 2 fabulous decks upstairs that are ideal for alfresco dining or twilight summer drinks. Upstairs consists of a second living area with 2 bedrooms. One is the main with a queen bed. The other has 2 x single beds. There is also a bathroom.
Lonsdale Shores is hidden away behind a high front fence in lovely gardens and offers double lock up garage to keep your car off the street.

All in all if you are after the perfect package that combines comfort with beautiful seascapes than this is the property for you!

We are keeping our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. We have also implemented contactless key collection to further promote safe distancing.

Pets:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is:
2 x Queen; 1 x trundle single bed; 3 x single beds.
Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. Please note the 3rd party portals do add their fees to the tariff you are being paid so it's always best to book direct to avoid these extra fees and support local small business.
