We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.
The Renovations are finished and the house looks sensational - NEW KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND HUGE DECK. PLUS new furnishings, beds, and so much more. Be the first to enjoy the new LYTTON! It's an easy stroll to the play park & front beach in the popular Old Lonsdale area where you can walk to the shops, cafes and golf course. A very spacious light filled home over 2 storeys - the beds all have new mattresses to ensure you have a great night's sleep.

Downstairs: has the main bedroom with a fabulous new ensuite and queen sized bed. A lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD, video and new ducted heating. A European Laundry is situated in the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. The NEW kitchen & sitting area are north facing and be a favourite spot for taking in the winter sunshine. It has a dishwasher, microwave and fridge, and links through to the dining area, front entertaining deck with bbq, and outdoor table. It's a wonderful private spot to kick back and enjoy the relaxed Point Lonsdale lifestyle. A huge deck at the back of the home overlooks a very generous back yard. The decks from the front to the back link down the side of the home, and there are stairs down to the large back yard. Wonderful for kids who can have a great time running around or perhaps have a game of cricket!?!

Upstairs:There is a lovely reading nook,and a cosy living area with TV -great for the kids to enjoy their own space. There is one bedroom with 3 single beds, and a separate bedroom has 2 long single beds with double sized doonas.. They are serviced by a bathroom (shower, toilet & vanity). Glass sliding doors give access to the balcony which overlooks the leafy back yard and provides lovely cooling breezes over summer.

A new and powerful air conditioner has been installed upstairs. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Please note that while there are fly screens on all windows, there are no fly wires on the doors.

With many features including ducted heating downstairs and a great leafy rear yard which is well fenced and ideal for littlies to have a run around. A side drive leads to a carport.

Pets: Dogs are permitted at Lytton, there is an additional $33 dog fee per dog, per stay.Please make sure that you bring your own doggie bedding, towels bowls, etc. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

LINEN:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 1 x queen, 5 x single beds. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.
