CORSAIR BREEZE - Resort Style Family Living - with inground heated pool
Do you love being on holidays and not knowing what day it is? Well that is pretty much a guarantee at this gorgeous home that doubles up as your own private resort.
Corsair Breeze provides a fresh coastal ambience and with four bedrooms it will be absolutely ideal for families. Three bedrooms are on the ground level whilst the master bedroom and parents retreat are privately tucked away upstairs. The parents retreat also offers a massage table, but you will need to find your own masseuse! The spacious master suite consists of a Queen bed, ceiling fan, tv, lounge area with a study nook in case you need to get a little work done whilst away, plus ensuite and private balcony. The downstairs bedrooms are configured with 1 Queen which also has a good quality fold out single bed, 1 Double and 1 Set of single Bunks that are only suitable for children, main bathroom & laundry with washing machine, dryer and fold out clothes line.
Relax in style in the large living area downstairs with flat screen TV, Wii and Foxtel (including Sports). The contemporary kitchen features dishwasher, microwave & large 900mm upright oven, whilst the adjoining dining and sitting area flow seamlessly so that dining & entertaining is a cinch. And there is a servery window to the pergola! Reverse air conditioning (downstairs only) and ducted heating as well as ceiling fans. A portable aircooler is available for upstairs.
As for the outdoor area… this property features an inground salt chlorinated solar heated pool with secure fencing, large entertaining deck with bbq and pergola, outdoor shower, extra toilet plus a versatile pool lounge and bar area with folding doors to the pool which has a TV with Foxtel, lounge furniture and an open fire place - all beckoning for family fun & loads of laughter all year! The furniture could be re-arranged so it could also be used as a yoga retreat.
(Please note: as the pool is solar heated, it pool will naturally be cooler during the colder months).
The kids area features a cubby house, basketball area and fully equipped games cupboard plus
bikes and other equipment which can be used at users own risk. There is a highchair for the littlies.
All within an easy 10 minute stroll to the beach and with carparking for 3 cars.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Corsair has a 7 night minimum over summer, and during the rest of the year it is a 2 night minimum stay requirement.
-Linen is not included. Doona’s & pillow inserts are but byo bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. Or contact our office to hire linen packs - cost $50.00 per pack per bed.
Bed linen required: 2 x queen; 1 x double; 2 x single.

-A Security Bond of $500
-A pre-arrival email will be sent 1 week prior to your arrival with various housekeeping info including key collection.
**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
