Boy oh boy, our team are so excited to show case gorgeous Bayview Hideaway! This is a holiday home with the LOT! It is newly renovated with gorgeous Swan Bay views, loads of natural light, a new Smart TV, foxtel (base package, entertainment & kids - no sport), wi-fi, it’s pet friendly and in an affordable price range that is easy on the budget for many. With three bedrooms, it is ideal for mum, dad, kids (& pets too naturally) or it also lends itself perfectly to couples wanting to get away for a breather.(Please note linen is not included). Bayview Hideaway truly is a haven for whatever reason you want to get away. It’s so comfortable all year around with temp control by reverse cycle AC for the warmer months and nobo heating in multiple rooms for the cooler months.
Please Note - Foxtel does not have the sports package.

The 3 bedrooms consist of a queen in the master which also has an ensuite, and the 2 secondary bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each and shared bathroom. The 2 lounges both offer large screen TV's with the main living area also having foxtel & wifi. The bright and sunny kitchen is new and has a great stainless steel cooker & fridge. The separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

The HUGE outdoor deck becons for casual gatherings whilst taking in the view and many a BBQ will be had here. The home is well fenced and ideal for families with children and/or dogs.

Being opposite Swan Bay is also opposite the train line where the steam train passes to the delight of many. It is also a short walk to the doggie beach, walking tracks and the scenic bike route of the Bellarine Rail Trail.

Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.

We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.
With the current Covid 19 regulations we are required to obtain contact details - names, addresses and mobile numbers - of all occupants who do not reside in your residence.
If you are unable to travel due to Government covid travel restrictions we will either move your booking to dates of your selection when you are able to travel or provide you with a refund of the tariff paid.

There is a 2 night minimum stay duration throughout the year however over summer it is 7 nightly block bookings.

Linen:
Linen is not included. Doona's and pillows are provided but it is BYO sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels & tea towels. Linen hire is available (including all bedlinen, towels, bathmats, hand towels, face washers & tea towels. The bed linen sizes required: 4 x single; 1 x queen. Linen packs must be ordered & paid for in advance.

Pets:
Should you wish to bring your your furry child, there is an additional cost of $33.00 per dog. Please also bring your own doggie bedding, bowls, dog towels etc. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff.
