The dining and living area have access to the deck where you can relax on the modern outdoor furniture while enjoying a BBQ with views across the parklands to the ocean. The 2nd living area has another large flat screen TV, DVD with library, all to enjoy whilst curling up on the sumptuous leather couch. The European laundry has Miele front loading washing machine and a dryer. Climate control is by hydronic central heating and a large split system air-conditioner in the lounge area. Serenity, safety and security extends to your vehicles with a designated under cover garaging and an additional carport space.
