Beautifully modernised, this comfy 4 bedroom home offers a great space for families to enjoy all year round. With ducted gas heating and an Reverse cycle airconditioner it covers most bases for year round comfort. The renovated kitchen offers 2 wall ovens, gas hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and Bluetooth speakers. The lounge has a good TV, Reverse Cycle aircon and ducted heating whilst the dining area hosts a good sized table large enough for 10. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans, 4 bedrooms consist of 2 with queen beds, 3rd has a set of bunks and the 4th has bunks with a trundle and is large enough for the kids to lounge around and watch TV. Please note that the bunks are suitable more for children than adults. If the bunks are used for adults and damaged, the guest will be liable for any costs. The bathroom has also been updated and offers a large shower, bath and vanity, the toilet is separate and there is a lovely shower also in the updated laundry along with a front loader washing machine and dryer. Bifold doors open to the sunny yard space with a BBQ and outdoor setting where you can have a giggle as you watch the kids playing volleyball. In addition the garage has a table tennis table and foosball table - what a great holiday house.

Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.
