Stella was designed by architect, Lucas Hodgens and built by highly reputable local craftsmen, Steve Clark. After meticulous efforts to perfect the design, the build reached completion in June 2016.

This luxury two bedroom townhouse is exquisite and offers a contemporary design where urban industrial meets coastal comfort. Every detail has been carefully considered, even to each piece of quality Australian made furniture. Its position is perfect with the beach only a minute stroll away and the local eateries & shops an easy 8 minute walk. There is a very popular day-time cafe just next door so you can pop in for a great coffee, a yummy breakky or leisurely lunch. It is also well positioned if you happen to be coming down for The Blues Train, Music Festival, wedding, honeymoon or other occasion.

Blissfully private, arrive at Stella and you’ll immediately get the sense of having stepped foot into a secure haven just for you! Warm arms of timber paneling encompass this unique home, giving it a minimalist organic feel. A stunning in-ground salt water swimming pool greets you, and is adorned with a very cool vertical garden wall. Large Aneeta windows tower the two storeys of the property and magically open to make the indoor and outdoor spaces one. The pool (depth 1.8m) is heated all-year round, and acts as a beautiful backdrop visual from the cosy indoors (it is not a spa the water is not hot just warm). Choose to nestle comfortably by the pebbled fire with a glass of your favourite local tipple, whilst your family and friends play safely at arms length.

The ground level boasts a stylishly decorated open plan lounge, well equipped kitchen with large butler’s pantry, and dining area which all connect effortlessly to the outdoors. Laundry facilities and a separate powder room complete the indoor downstair amenities. Park your car securely off the street in undercover parking which also hosts space for the bbq and outdoor eating area for 10. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect to wash the sand away after a day at the beach, before immersing yourself in the warm pool for a nice relaxing soak.

Make your way to the second level and you will find a casual second living room with flat screen TV and two king bedrooms both of which have TV's and ensuites. Both bedrooms are ready for your arrival made up with luxurious bed linen and bathroom towels. One of the bedrooms opens out to a spacious balcony which makes for a perfect chill out space for an evening vino or cocktail. There are two single trundle beds available in the event you have overnight guests (additional fee of $100 p.p. applies).

Climate control is via reverse-cycle air conditioning (units in downstairs lounge & both bedrooms). For ambient heating there is a cosy pebble fire in the downstairs living.

Entertainment consists of Blue Tooth speakers, 4 flat screen smart TV's in both lounges plus both bedrooms. Stella now also offers wifi.

Put simply, Stella on Stevens offers UNIQUE accommodation that is so easy to live in, you won't want to leave! Give us a call if you need to extend your stay or book your next getaway - it's inevitable.

We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.

Note - the pool us under a vertical garden and can therefore have garden debri in the water from time to time however it is serviced regularly so the water is clean. The water is warm but not hot as it is not a spa.

Linen:
Linen & towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
2 trundle beds are available for over night guests. This needs to be booked in advance as trundle linen will need to be prepared prior to your stay. If you require trundle beds an additional fee of $100 per person/trundle applies.

Pets:
Pets are NOT allowed at this property.

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff.
