Recently refurbished, you step into a fresh, light filled space with open floor plan so that all of you can hang together. If you need time to yourself to curl up to a good book or want to send the kids to do their own thing, there is a sitting room upstairs with flat screen TV to keep them entertained - wifi available & foxtel coming soon.
Rip Tide has three bedrooms comprising of 2 queen beds and 2 king singles. The main bedroom is situated on the ground level with ensuite and the remaining 2 bedrooms are upstairs with shared bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower (no bath).
Temperature control is through reverse heating and cooling downstairs, Rinnai gas heating and nobo heating in upstairs bedrooms.
The contemporary kitchen looks out to a good sized secure garden ideal for family BBQ’s whilst the juliette balcony upstairs provides a lovely outlook for pre-dinner drinks. Kitchen provides all modern amenities plus coffee machine (delonghi machine - compatible with Nespresso pods). The open plan dining has seating for 6-8 people. Laundry facilities include front load washer and dryer.
The garden is private, picturesque and spacious. There is a webber BBQ available and outdoor dining suitable for 6-8 people and shade umbrella. The carport provides off street parking suitable for 2 vehicles (garage is not available for guest use).
