A Lovely Beach House with Loads of Space - and 300m to Lonsdale Links.
Light and Bright, this lovely beach house offers loads of space with 2 good sized living areas and 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is huge with a queen bed, TV, ensuite and WIR. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized bed; and the 3rd has 2 x singles with an extra single mattress which is ideal for an extra guest having a sleep over. The modern kitchen ticks all the boxes with induction cooktop, Bosch dishwasher and elec oven, overlooking the bbq area and yard, which is really well fenced to keep littlies and well behaved dogs, safe and sound. (Please refer below for T&C's in regards to bringing dogs). The garden has been landscaped and now has a lovely grass area with the vegi garden and fruit trees around the side of the home but still very accessable and you are welcome to enjoy the seasonal produce. The lemon tree is unbelievable - loaded with huge lemons and the owners welcome you to take as many as you like, they can't keep up with them.
The house is comfy all year round with good central heating plus aircon in the living areas, and also the main bedroom. The front living area has a TV, comfy lounges and a gas log fire in the living area adding to its ambience.
The main bathroom has a bath, sep shower and vanity, with the toilet being separate. The laundry has a front loading washing machine, dryer and of course there is an external clothes line. A long side drive leads to the rear of the property and a carport. Please note that there is another side drive where the owner sometimes leaves his caravan (it's out of the way and won't be any problems) - the garage is locked for owner's use only but there is a good carport and plenty of room in the long driveway for at least 3 - 4 cars.
Located in a lovely quiet court right next to a small children's playground and within 300m to the new Lonsdale Links golf course, with the beach also not too far away - there is something for everyone.
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave.If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
The bedding configuration is: 2 x queen; 2 x singles; 1 x single trundle. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

If you are unable to travel due to Government covid travel restrictions we will either move your booking to dates of your selection when you are able to travel or provide you with a refund of the tariff paid.
