The modern kitchen ticks all the boxes with induction cooktop, Bosch dishwasher and elec oven and overlooks the bbq area and yard which is really well fenced to keep littlies and well behaved dogs safe and sound.
The house is comfy all year round with good central heating plus aircon in the living areas and also the main brm - plus there is a gas log fire in the living area adding to the ambience.
The main bathroom has a bath, sep shower and vanity with the toilet being separate and the laundry has a front loading washing machine and dryer and of course there is an external clothes line.A long side drive leads to the rear of the property and a carport plus there is another side drive which the owner keeps his caravan parked on.
Located in a lovely quiet court right next to a playground and within 300m to the golfcourse with the beach not too far away - something for everyone.
Please Note - the lock up garage is not available for guest's use.
The property has doonas/blankets and pillows however linen and towels are not supplied, guest can bring their own or we do offer a linen hire service.

Point Lonsdale Market

The Point Lonsdale Market is one of the larger and more popular markets on the Bellarine Peninsula. The market features local produce from locally made jams to spuds straight from the farmer's cart. Lovers of art and craft are not forgotten either with plenty home made clothes and artworks up for great prices. All goods are home made, produced or grown. There are art and craft stalls and plant and food stalls. This market is held on the second Sunday of the month and on Easter Saturday. There are approximately 150 stalls, indoor and outdoor, with goodies for the whole family.
