A Lovely Beach House with Loads of Space - and a playground next door.

Light and Bright, this lovely beach house offers loads of space with 2 good sized living areas and 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is huge with a queen bed, TV, ensuite and WIR. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized bed; and the 3rd has 2 x singles with a single trundle. The modern kitchen ticks all the boxes with induction cooktop, Bosch dishwasher and elec oven, overlooking the bbq area and yard, which is really well fenced to keep littlies and well behaved dogs, safe and sound. (Please refer below for T&C's in regards to bringing dogs).
The house is comfy all year round with good central heating plus aircon in the living areas, and also the main bedroom. The living area has a gas log fire in the living area adding to its ambience.
The main bathroom has a bath, sep shower and vanity, with the toilet being separate. The laundry has a front loading washing machine, dryer and of course there is an external clothes line.A long side drive leads to the rear of the property and a carport. (Please note that there is another side drive where there is a locked garage not for use & the owner's caravan is parked).

Located in a lovely quiet court right next to a playground, and within 300m to the golf course, with the beach also not too far away - there is something for everyone.


Pets:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave.If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

We are keeping our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. We have also implemented contactless key collection to further promote safe distancing.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
The bedding configuration is:
2 x queen; 2 x singles; 1 x single trundle. . Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.


HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff.
