MODERN, LIGHT AND BRIGHT BEACH HOME

This lovely modern beach house is bright and breezy - a delight to enjoy with family and friends plus you can bring your well behaved pooch. Being well fenced this great design allows easy living inside and out. With 3 bedrooms - 2 queen plus a third with 2 single beds. The main bedroom is at the front of the home and has an ensuite while the 2 secondary bedrooms are at the rear and share a bathroom which has a bath with the shower over and a sep toilet. The laundry has direct access to outside and the clothes line and has a top loader washing machine (no dryer). There is a light filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a wall of windows overlooking the BBQ patio and garden. There is a TV, R/C airconditioner to provide comfort and a dishwasher, microwave and pretty much all the necessities. An additional lounge is at the back of the home and has a TV, DVD player and a nobo style heater which heats this back section including the secondary bedrooms. Outdoors there is comfy table, chairs, sun umbrella and a BBQ. A side drive leads to the front carport. This home also provides wifi.

There is a 2 night minimum stay duration.

Point Lonsdale Market

The Point Lonsdale Market is one of the larger and more popular markets on the Bellarine Peninsula. The market features local produce from locally made jams to spuds straight from the farmer's cart. Lovers of art and craft are not forgotten either with plenty home made clothes and artworks up for great prices. All goods are home made, produced or grown. There are art and craft stalls and plant and food stalls. This market is held on the second Sunday of the month and on Easter Saturday. There are approximately 150 stalls, indoor and outdoor, with goodies for the whole family.
