SAND DUNES - Spoil Yourselves, You deserve it.

It doesn't get any better than this for a family getaway in Pt Lonsdale! Just approaching the house, which is nestled in a private nook down the driveway at the foot of the dunes, you automatically unwind. When you step into the outdoor living area you will think that this is truly what a beachside getaway should be about! Generous outdoor area with great outdoor furniture, gas bbq and a built in solar heated pool with a separate (gas heated) spa. How can you not relax and enjoy the environment this wonderful beach house has to offer?
Then upon walking inside, you appreciate the thought and planning that has gone into this wonderful beachside home. Architecturally designed with a generous open plan; and light-filled living spaces. The living area has a gas fire place that heats the whole house. There is a reverse cycle airconditioner, TV & DVD. The open plan flows to the generous dining area and kitchen, which has quality fixtures - dishwasher, microwave, smeg gas cooker with elec oven, large fridge and ipod dock. There is another lounge area, so you can quietly watch a movie or perhaps a game of cricket that the rest of the family just does not want to hear about. Downstairs there is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed, a separate toilet, and the laundry (washing machine & dryer). There is also a shower. Mind you, there is also an outdoor shower just out the back door close, to the track that leads down to the beach, so I don't think this shower gets used very much! The private access onto the beach track is a real bonus if you love to surf or just walk your well behaved dogs. (Please refer to the T&C's below). Very few beach homes can offer this!

Upstairs: Main bedroom with a king bed, TV, walk through robe to ensuite and access to a balcony. There is a spiral staircase on the deck that leads up to the roof top viewing deck - just have a look at these treetop views over Pt Lonsdale - amazing! There is also the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed; and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks(single trundle under one set of the bunks) the bunks are for children and not suitable for adults. The cosy living area upstairs takes advantage of the treetop views and has a TV and air conditioner.
This house is very special and we are sure many special memories will be shared here by those lucky enough to enjoy some time in Sand Dunes. And can you imagine - you can share all this with your well behaved pooch. Please note large adult groups are not acceptable.

Pool Information: the pool (not including the spa) is approx 9m long and 1.8m at the deepest part, it is solar heated, not gas. The spa is gas heated.

Pets:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is:
1 x king; 2 x queen; 4 x single;1 x single trundles. Please note bunks and trundles are only suitable for children. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable. So from now until October you'll find us enjoying the view of olive groves, bushland and Swan Bay over a long lunch. Want to know the best bit of our lunch services?
