Lumeah meaning - "Here I rest" is the perfect beach holiday home suitable for all year around family & friends gatherings. It’s unique clock tower and coastal facade sets the scene for a great beach getaway from the moment you arrive. Inside this spacious accommodation, there are four bedrooms: two of the bedrooms have a queen bed each. One bedroom has a bunk (2x singles); and the last bedroom has two small single beds. There are two living areas, a huge backyard complete with cubby house, all of which is sure to impress. With a U shaped floorpan, all windows look out to the backyard, providing an abundant flow of natural light and a limitless feeling of space.
The open plan kitchen, dining & living areas, span the whole width of the house, making it a perfect, cosy hub. The kitchen has a gas cooktop with separate electric oven, and a walk in pantry. The main living can be closed off with sliding doors for added privacy, and has a flat screen TV & DVD player. The kids bunk bedroom doubles up as a rumpus/play area, with TV, DVD & board games. The other bedrooms are all located at the left wing of the property, with master bedroom enjoying secluded at the end of the wing,its own private courtyard space. The master is ensuited, and the separate bathroom is shared. The outdoor entertaining space has a large deck with electronic shade control & a BBQ. There is plenty of room for the kids to play - please review the photos of the impressive cubby house with slide.
Lumeah is located in a secluded court location approximately 1 km from the beach & town centre, and 5 min bike ride to Bellarine Rail Trail.
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
The bedding configuration is:
2 x queens; 4 x singles.
Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.
HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. Heating consists of ducted, wood heater & electric panels in select rooms. A reverse cycle unit is in the livingroom.
**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
