You are never going to want to leave Belbourie - the views are panoramic - both The Rip and Swan Bay! Just sensational; as is the accommodation in this modern 3 level home. Linen and bathroom towels are provided so you can arrive and instantly relax. The only linen you need to bring is your beach towels.
The top level offers the main bedroom with ensuite, and kitchen/living area you will notice extremely well set up, and you will find it hard to take your eyes off the view! The kitchen has a nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine - there will be starter supply of pods, but you can bring your own if you have a preference of coffee type/flavour. The living area has widescreen TV with Fetch TV and wifi, audio/video system, a gas log fire, ceiling fan and R/C airconditioning. The main bedroom enjoys wonderful ocean views and has a queen bed, TV and lovely ensuite.
The 2nd level offers an additional lounge area with a TV, lovely balcony,& 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 with 2 singles and 1 queen which has a powder room. The main bathroom features a corner spa and a window that folds back to be able to enjoy the outdoor ambience. Additionally,there's a large private balcony looking towards Swan Bay. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
The ground level has a lovely outdoor living area with plumbed in gas bbq, outdoor shower to get rid of the sand after a long walk on the beach - via your own private beach track. The lower level offers a well equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer, a bar fridge and a store of outdoor crockery ect.
Belbourie offers convenient swipe card access, wide screen TV's with Netflix available, TV's are in the 2 living areas and in 3 bedrooms, automated audio and video system, intercom and remote entry for the front door. Climate control is via airconditioning, sealed gas log fire and electric heating.

Kids Robot Workshop

To celebrate the school holidays Searoad Ferries, sailing between Queenscliff and Sorrento, offer a range of fantastic on board activities included in the ferry ticket price. Ozobots - fun little robots that follow lines that you draw. Perform tricks using your hand to show the Ozobot which way to go. Uses just pens and paper, no device required. Code by colours. Great for ages three to twelve, easy to play with, easy to code. Departing Queenscliff at 11:00am and 1:00pm, departing Sorrento at 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
