Plus R/C aircons in both living areas and a gas log fire in the main living area. Also features Wi Fi and Fetch TV. Ultra modern, this home offers 3 bedrooms - 1 x king and 2 x queen. The main bedroom has a stylish ensuite and the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms share the main bathroom which has a free standing bath, separate shower with both rainfall and hand shower sets. There is also a powder room. There are 2 living areas so you are able to have some space if required. The front living area has a R/C aircon, TV and large windows overlooking the central courtyard and bbq area. There is a very long study/office area - if you need to get a little work done to stay a little longer this is the charm.
Polished concrete floors are featured and all bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans. The laundry has a front loading washing machine and dryer.
The back living area has a gas log fire (you are never going to be cold here!) folding glass doors to the bbq deck and courtyard. It features the fabulous kitchen with integrated dishwasher, gas cooktop and elec oven. The large pantry houses the fridge, microwave, toaster & coffee machine. The dining area has a lovely timber table with comfortable seating for 6.
There is a side drive - high side gates - if you wish to get your car off the street please note - the garage is not accessible to guests.
This is a beautifully built and styled home in a very quiet residential area, guest's will need to be considerate to the neighbouring properties as they are mostly permanent residents. Also be aware this property does not have any grass area, the outdoor spaces are decking and gravel. There are parklands/reserve just 3 doors down the street - well behaved small dogs are welcome, please check our websites terms and conditions for permitting dogs.
-Pets are permitted. There is an additional fee of $33.00 per pet. Please also bring your own bowls, bedding, towel etc.
-A Security Bond of $500 plus an additional $200 if you bring pets.
-A pre-arrival email will be sent 1 week prior to your arrival with various housekeeping info including key collection.
**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
