THIS HOUSE IS ON THE BEACH AND HAS EXCELLENT VIEWS!
Oh my Goodness, this view is the BEST! Literally on the water's edge, in the dunes where it's a quick few steps via the beach track to find yourselves on this beautiful sandy beach. A game of beach cricket, a swim or a leisurely stroll. This is the life! And the views from the house are incredible - watch the commercial shipping, the fishing boats, & pleasure craft come through the Rip at Port Philip Heads, and even the surf at Corsair on the other side of the Bay! If you are not on the beach it will be hard to move from the windows as you just get lost in the seaside vista.
Beautifully finished throughout with quality furnishings this lovely home offers 4 bedrooms - 2 Queens, 1 double and 1 with a single bed - over 3 levels - able bodied people won't have any trouble with the stairs however there is a lift for guests who cannot manage stairs (avail. on request). Linen and towels are included so you can look forward to arriving to the house being all ready for your stay. You can drive straight into the double lock up garage which has direct access to the lower level and/or lift if required. The lift is available on request to guests who are not able to manage the stairs and there may be an additional $100 fee.
The main living area has a gas log fire and R/C airconditioner, this room takes in the wonderful views over The Rip but also has great views across the parkland to Swan Bay. There is a top level observation deck with fabulous panoramic views but you can see just as much from the living area and several of the bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a fabulous view and a queen bed with an ensuite which has a lovely spa bath to relax in after a big day on the beach or golf course. The second bedroom also has a view and a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a single bed while the 4th bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have nobo heaters. Wi Fi is also included.
The laundry is conveniently on level 2 with a washing machine and dryer plus a drying cupboard. There is an additional bathroom on this level as well.
The house is nestled in lovely gardens with a drive to a lock up double garage. A walkway nextdoor gives direct access to the beach.
Just a short drive to the local golf courses, the harbour and main townships of both Queenscliff and Pt Lonsdale. Or a leisure beach walk to the kiosk at the Bullring.

-Children are NOT permitted to use the elevator without an adult.
