The Wanderer is a gorgeous three bedroom home with loads of natural light and a hint of scandi feel to it, making it a perfect destination for your holiday. It has a spacious open plan living and dining with northerly aspect facing a cosy outdoor courtyard – with no shortage of cheerful sunlight streaming through! The large kitchen forms the central hub of the house and provides an effortless flow for entertaining or casual clusters.
The bedding configuration consists of a king master suite on the ground level with gorgeous ensuite that includes bath and shower. Upstairs consists of a second bedroom with queen bed; and a third bedroom with 2 sets of single bunks suitable only for children. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom that has a shower and toilet. The laundry facilities are located in the garage and include a front loader washing machine & dryer.
Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living and ceiling fans in each bedroom, plus gas heating, provide excellent climate control for all seasons. There is also unlimited wi-fi and Netflix available at this property.
The outdoor area provides a fully secured and private courtyard space which is moderate in size, and perfect for families with young children. The garage doubles up as a rumpus room making it a great space for the kids. Well behaved dogs are welcome..
The Wanderer is located in a very quiet street in close proximity to Lake Victoria and only 1.5 km to Point Lonsdale town centre and is perfect for couples or families looking for a well appointed holiday home within a mid range budget. Please be aware the drive is narrow and long.
-Linen is NOT provided at this property. Doona and pillow inserts are included. Guest must bring their own linen and towels or contact our office about linen pack hire at a cost of $50.00 per bed.
-Well behaved dogs are welcome at The Wanderer. There is an additional $33.00 fee if you bring your dog. Please also bring your own doggie bowl, bedding, dog towels etc.
- Heating consists of reverse cycle and gas.
**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
