The Wanderer is a gorgeous three bedroom home with loads of natural light and a hint of scandi feel to it, making it a perfect destination for your holiday. It has a spacious open plan living and dining with northerly aspect facing a cosy outdoor courtyard – with no shortage of cheerful sunlight streaming through! The large kitchen forms the central hub of the house and provides an effortless flow for entertaining or casual clusters.

The bedding configuration consists of a king master suite on the ground level with gorgeous ensuite that includes bath and shower. Upstairs consists of a queen bedroom and third bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. The laundry facilities including front loader washing machine and dryer and located in the garage.
Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living and ceiling fans in each bedroom plus gas heating provide excellent climate control for all seasons. There is also unlimited wi-fi and Netflix available at this property.

The outdoor area provides a fully secured and private courtyard space which is moderate in size and perfect for families with young children. The garage doubles up as a rumpus room making it a great space for the kids. Pets may be considered by prior approval.

The Wanderer is located in a very quiet street in close proximity to Lake Victoria and only 1.5 km to Point Lonsdale town centre and is perfect for couples or families looking for a well appointed holiday home within a mid range budget. Please be aware the drive is narrow and long.

Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race

The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race is a pro event being staged in Geelong and the Surf Coast for the fifth consecutive year in January 2019. Thousands of elite cyclists will be in Geelong this summer to be part of the third Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race - expected to be bigger and better than the previous events! Consisting of the 174km Elite Men’s Race, which in a coup for the event, has secured a place on the coveted UCI WorldTour racing calendar (2017-2019), announced by world cycling’s governing body, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), and 113km Elite Women’s Race (also endorsed with an official UCI classification). Riders will travel from the Geelong Waterfront to Barwon Heads, Torquay and return. There's also an open participation event - the Swisse People's Ride, enabling approx. 4,000 cyclists to ride the course. There are 65km and 111km courses again, plus the introduction of a new, shorter course - 35km.
