Adagio is just a stone's throw to the golf course, a short walk to the back beach and to the front beach - at Lonsdale Shores, nothing is too far away.
You'll be singing the praises of this lovely beach house - it has ducted heating AND ducted (refrig) cooling throughout. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a powder room, 2 living areas, a huge kitchen and with quality furnishings. You can't manufacture atmosphere but it's here, so relaxed, light & bright all year round. You will settle in and want to keep coming back.
It is fully fenced and welcomes well behaved dogs - there's even a couple of doggie beds in the garage. Drive straight in to the garage and it's all level from there. The home is very tastefully styled with holiday living in mind. Everything (except for a few gorgeous vintage pieces) is new - EVERYTHING!
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a king sized doona - it has a beautiful ensuite with a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity and there is a WIR. The second & third bedrooms also have a queen bed each with a king sized doonas. The 4th bedroom has 2 king single beds with double doonas (will require king single sheets). Both living areas have large screen TV's with netflix (one with DVD player) and wifi throughout. The kitchen features modern appliances including a large fridge, dishwasher,a Nespresso lattissima coffee machine, microwave, induction cooktop and elec oven, walk in pantry and heaps of cookware. The beautiful timber dining table comfortably seats 8.
The bathroom has a large soaker bath and separate walk in shower. The powder room is close by and the laundry has a front loader washing machine.
Outside is a great paved living area with a large outdoor setting to seat 8, the bbq is plumbed in so you don't need to worry about running out of gas. There is also a sun umbrella and sun lounges for that laid back style of summer living. A side gate leads to an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which is ideal to wash the sand off yourself or your well behaved doggie after a romp at the beach. You will wax lyrical about Adagio - it will keep you coming back for its relaxed ambiance and comfort.
Adagio is a musical term which means a tempo having slow movement; restful, at ease. It's the perfect term to describe this holiday home.
Adagio is located adjacent to Old Point Lonsdale in the new Lonsdale Shores development and there are still new homes being built on the surrounding blocks. Adagio is a 20 minute drive to Geelong, 10 minutes to Ocean Grove and 5 minutes to Queenscliff and the ferry. Melbourne is about 1 1/2
Watch out for our local sunday markets the first sunday of each month, the Queenscliff Music Festival is the last weekend in November and the increasingly popular Hot Rod show is the first weekend in February.
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 1 x queen sized bed with a king sized doona; 2 x queen bed each with a king sized doona; 2 x king single beds with double doonas & king single sheets. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.
HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to make any further enquiries.
We are keeping our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. We have also implemented contactless key collection to further promote safe distancing.
With the current Covid 19 regulations we are required to obtain contact details - names, addresses and mobile numbers - of all occupants who do not reside in your residence.
If you are unable to travel due to Government covid travel restrictions we will either move your booking to dates of your selection when you are able to travel or provide you with a refund of the tariff paid.
Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.
**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
