Designed for beachside holiday living this comfy family home offers a wonderful outdoor living space to relax and enjoy your time in Old Lonsdale. Located in the street behind the shopping village, everything is within easy flat walking distance - shops, restaurants, bowling club, the beach and the playground. Behind the high front fence, you can relax in the front entertaining area which has shade sails to protect it from the sun, as well as ample dining & seating for your BBQ's and entertaining. The living area has bifold doors, so on a nice sunny day you can appreciate the indoor/outdoor spaces.
Comprising of 4 bedrooms - Downstairs: 2 double bedrooms both with ensuites: Upstairs: a king bedroom, and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. Both share a bathroom. In addition, there is a powder room and a smaller living area.
The laundry has a washing machine, and the galley styled kitchen is well equipped. The dining area flows directly into the lounge.
Car access is via a side drive to the carport - you can fit one car under the carport and another behind, so they are safely tucked away behind the front fence & gate.

We are keeping our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. We have also implemented contactless key collection to further promote safe distancing.

Pets:
Pets are NOT permitted at this property.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
The bedding configuration is:
2 x queens: 2 x king; 2 x singles.
Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. Welcome to the Bellarine Bluegrass Pickers’ Jam Session. Our aim is to play and promote bluegrass music. Everyone with an interest in bluegrass music is welcome to participate. All welcome to attend our monthly bluegrass session. Bring along your bluegrass songs & fiddle tunes to share or just sit, have a drink and enjoy the music! If you are new to bluegrass music, it will be beneficial to learn some its basics and listen to the many popular performers of the genre. Youtube is an amazing resource for this. Day Out With Thomas

Thomas The Tank Engine will be at Queenscliff all day, for unlimited rides in those Troublesome Trucks Oliver will take everyone on a scenic 45-minute return trip along Swan Bay Meet Sir Topham Hatt and Thomas’ Driver and have your photo taken with them!
