A 4 bedroom family home, only a few years old in The Point close to the parklands and waterways and only about a 10 minute walk to the front beach. Very tastefully presented this modern home has been built with family living firmly at the forefront. The main bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed, ensuite and WIR. The living zone separates the secondary bedrooms - a lovely theatre room with smart TV, DVD and BlueRay it has a huge couch so you can make yourselves very comfy and watch your favourite movie or show. The main living area is open plan to the host styled kitchen - microwave, dishwasher, DeLonghi Nespresso machine, gas cook top and elec oven. There is also a Delonghi coffee machine (bring your own pods). The dining table is an extension table and comfortably seats 8. The back living area has a wall mounted TV and glass sliding doors to the back alfresco BBQ area and secure yard.
The secondary bedrooms at the rear of the home consist of 1 queen, and 2 other bedrooms each with a king single and trundle bed. The trundles are suitable only for children. The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower, the toilet is also separate. The laundry has a top loader washing machine (no dryer) and there is a clothes line outside. With ducted heating it is very comfortable over the cooler months and airconditioning in the main living area filtering through to the bedrooms makes it great over the summer as well. Loads of children's games, books and playstation 3 to keep the kids entertained makes it the ideal getaway for young and older families. The back yard offers room for the kids to play, it has an outdoor setting, BBQ, clothes line and sun lounges.

We are keeping our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. We have also implemented contactless key collection to further promote safe distancing.

Please Note - the garage is not available to guests.

No pets are allowed at this property.

Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
The bedding configuration is: 1 x king, 1 x queen, 2 x king singles, 2 x king single trundles
Doona Sizes - 1 x super king, 1 x queen & 4 x doubles for the king single beds.
Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking
