Reminiscent of Sea Change, this wonderful beachside home is full of character and personality. A great escape for a family with older children or a group of friends - sorry but we don't allow groups under the age of 24, however we do allow your well behaved family dog (Please refer to T's &C's below). Located in the ever popular "old Lonsdale" close to the surf beach and also an easy walk to the front beach, shops, playground and parkland. This family home has a main house, a fabulous outdoor living area and also a very modern games room/bungalow. The main house has 2 bedrooms- the main bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom has a good sized bath, separate shower and vanity. The 2nd bathroom has a large walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The back of the house is full of character and style, it has a good sized living area with a large TV, open fireplace, R/C airconditioner, beautiful timber floors plus a good sized dining table and chairs. The timber kitchen is well stocked with all the facilities you would require, it has a elec oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave with extra bench seating for 4 plus a great servery window to the back BBQ area. The back of the house has bifold doors allowing you to open the whole house to enjoy the large back deck and yard area. There is a great BBQ which is plumbed in and also a fire pit, the outdoor furniture allows you to relax with a good book in the shade of the sun umbrella. The house has gas ducted heating making it nice and warm over the cooler months - the owners do have firewood out the back if you wish to use the OFP or the fire pit. The modern games room and bungalow is separate at the rear of the property, it has a great deck onto the grass yard and glass sliding doors to the games room. The games room will provide lots of fun for old and young alike. It has darts, a fooseball table, TV, cocktail table, arcade games (80 games including space invaders) plus a gas log fire, fridge and a sink. Just the place to enjoy and have some fun with friends and family. There are also 2 bedrooms separated by another bathroom which has a shower, toilet and vanity. One bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, which are king sized singles, the other bedroom has 2 king single beds - heating in these bedrooms are by portable oil filled heaters and there are ceiling fans for the warmer months. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Please Note, the owners would prefer bookings with no more than 6 adults.

Pets:
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave. .If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

Linen:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
The bedding configuration is:
1 x queen; 2 x singles, 6 x king singles.
Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. The Rip Swim

The exciting Rip Swim returns for it's 6th season. (DATE TO BE CONFIRMED). The project has 4 crosiing dates this season to allow more opportunities for crossing this notorious stretch of water. Each crossing will hvae up to 4 groups of 6 swimmers. 7 December, 5 & 20 January and 3 February. Come down and cheer these brave swimmers in at the POint Lonsdale pier!!
