We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.
This fabulous 3 bedroom architecturally designed home is now available for holiday guests. An amazing house which was shortlisted for several architectual awards last year and also featured in several publications. It is beautifully crafted with high end features and quality furnishings plus it's in an excellent location and you can bring your well behaved family pooch. Designed for easy beach side living the home offers a large entertaining area with generous lounge - pay TV, Wi Fi, leather L shaped couch, ceiling fan and OFP. Linking to the dining area which easily seats 8 and has large glass sliding doors to the bbq area. Here you will find a gas Weber bbq and an outdoor table setting overlooking the meandering large gardens next door with post and wire fencing. The gorgeous open plan kitchen has a central island bench with stools for easy and casual meals, it has a gas cooktop and elec Oven - both Smeg, a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, Delonghy coffee machine and good sized toaster. Downstairs the floors are all heated polished concrete with some great rugs. The 2 secondary bedrooms are both downstairs - one is a queen and the other has 2 sets of built in bunks, TV and DVD. The main bathroom has a separate bath and walk in shower and vanity. The toilet is separate in a powder room. To complete downstairs the laundry is well planned with a front loading washing machine and a door to the luxurious external shower which has hot and cold water - ideal for washing the sand off after a trip to the beach.
Upstairs is a beautiful retreat with a very large main bedroom - queen bed, ceiling fan, large book shelf with a great selection of books and magazines plus of course a beautiful ensuite.
Outdoors there is a clothes line, lovely grass yard area which has a watering system to keep it lovely all year round - it is well fenced for littlies and your favourite pooch (please refer to T&C's below). There is also a single lock up garage which has a table tennis table, a couple of bikes and some toys. Carparking is off the street or you can move the table tennis table to get your car into the garage. It is in a great location in central Old Lonsdale an easy walk to the beach, shopping village and golf club. Amenities include wifi, paytv, ducted cooling, in-floor central heating (downstairs) and secure fencing.

Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. if you would like to bring your well behaved family pooch - the owners ask dogs are not permitted upstairs on the carpet area or on furniture and please pick up any doggie poos before you leave.If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 2 x queens and 4 x singles. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.
HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. Bookings over Summer are a 7 day minimum duration.
Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.
**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
