In a wonderful location opposite Princess Park (with bbq and playground facilities) and the Queenscliff beach/foreshore, with sea views, so you can watch the Queenscliff-Sorrento ferry come and go. Just a short walk to Queenscliff Marina and ferry and the beautiful swimming beach of Santa Casa (just around the corner). It’s an easy walk through to main Gellibrand street via your own private gated walkway, where you can enjoy the local cafes, restaurants and galleries.
Ozone Panache is the ground floor luxury apartment with the front verandah, it has a versatile floor plan and very generous room sizes. It has many features highlighting this fabulous historic building including beautiful high ceilings, large windows and a gorgeous leadlight front door. Enter into a huge foyer that truly sets the scene for this luxurious apartment. The main living area opens onto the front verandah where you can relax with a drink and watch the shipping activity while chatting with family and friends. There are comfy leather couches, Smart 4K LG TV, DVD, a Sony stereo, radio, blue tooth, cd player provided and wifi along with a good sized square dining table if you would like to eat in. The separate kitchen has all the features and amenities you would be looking for along with a breakfast table there is a large fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and elec jug.
A versatile floor plans allows for 2 large bedrooms - both with brand new king beds that have top quality Crown mattresses and are made up with quality linen, ready for your arrival. The main bedroom also has a King Living sofa bed that folds out to be an extra double bed. Both these bedrooms have a beautiful ensuite each with walk in shower, vanity & toilet. The main ensuite also has a large bath. The middle room is generously proportioned and offers great versatility. It has loads of space with a beautiful leather modular couch plus 1 King Living sofa bed and 1 Italian leather sofa bed with plush mattress toppers that can be folded out and used as very comfortable double beds. There is room enough to entertain extra family and friends or you can enjoy some quiet time with a good book. The room has a smart TV if you would like to curl up in front of the TV and enjoy a good movie.
A European laundry has a front loading washing machine and dryer. There is an ironing board, iron, clothes line, indoor clothes hanger. Heating is via a central hydronic heating system so you will be lovely and warm over the cooler months and due to the extra thick walls and being the lower level of the historic Ozone building, it is nicely insulated from the summer heat. Fans are provided for summer although seldom required. A small weight set is provided for working out if you feel so inclined.
There is a large back garden with outdoor setting for outdoor functions or parties and a private courtyard off the main bedroom. Extra seating can be provided for any functions or workshops.
Ozone Panache is a beautiful get away for couples, families, bridal parties, showers, girls or guys weekend, small workshops, retreat., functions or conferences.
Carparking is via Stokes Street (side street) and is undercover - one carport space & one lock up garage space In addition there is ample parking straight out the front of the property.
Ozone Panache does have a bbq and there is also a bbq area in the parklands across the road.
Accommodation includes linen and bathroom towels -the tariff is set for the 2 x king bedrooms (that is, 4 guests. If extra guests/beds are required, there is an additional $100 per bed per stay, for which linen and towels will be provided. Guests will need to complete the booking for 4 people and add the trundle beds as extras. (The photos show the extra bedding set up).

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. **Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
