Family friendly and you can bring your fur baby as well. This large 4 bedroom home has heaps of space for a large family or for 2 families to share. It's rustic, authentic and charming! The heart of the house has a large entertaining area with a fabulous open fire, there's plenty of wood at hand but it also has ducted heating as well as a R/C airconditioner in the living area. It has a large flat screen TV & DVD and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other’s company. The dining table easily seats 8 - 10. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, large gas cooker and Breville Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite, the 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan and robes, 3rd bedrooms is set up with 3 sets of bunks and the 4th bedroom is set up with 2 sets of bunks. The main bathroom is a little dated but still very functional with a shower, separate bath and vanity. The toilet is separate. There is a good sized 2nd living area as well, this has a TV, DVD, books and games - a great spot for the kids. The laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer. Summer living here at Lockington will no doubt be spent out on the fabulous large deck - my goodness, this is amazing. Heaps of room for outdoor living with a bbq, 2 table settings, sun umbrella and sun lounges. It has steps down to the grassed yard area - wonderful for kids and fur babies alike. Be mindful though, there are a few smallish gaps under the fencing, if you fur baby likes to escape you will need to be wary, although they are only small so medium and larger dogs should be perfectly fine. There is a carport out the front and parking for 2 cars. The floor coverings are seagrass, lino and painted.
We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.

PETS:

Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

LINEN:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 2 X queen, 10 x single (3 sets of single bunks in one room, and 2 sets of single bunks in another). Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.


Late or Early check outs/ins can be arranged in advance but are not available over peak season and for back to back bookings. 12 noon check outs/ins are $50 and can be added as an extra when placing your booking.

HOW TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRAS:
If a fee needs to be paid separately because your booking has come through to our office from a portal such as AirbNb, booking.com, vrbo or homeaway/stayz, our office will need to provide you with our direct bank account details to pay the money into. If the booking is through our website direct, guests can choose this extra at the time of booking or call our office to ask to have the fee added to the tariff. Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.

**Please be aware that there is NO wifi. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.
