The house is beautifully set in the middle of the block so loads of room front and back. Behind picket fence amongst surrounding trees to bring maximum privacy. Here you can unwind, listen to the birds in the trees or the surf - Bliss! 3 bedrooms - all upstairs with a bathroom and sep toilet and living area. The main bedroom overlooks the front yard has a quality queen bed, robe, ceiling fan and aircon. The second bedroom has a queen bed, robe and ceiling fan and overlooks the rear yard. The third bedroom has a set of single bunks with a robe and ceiling fan. The cosy upstairs living area has a R/C aircon, divan that folds out to a double bed really only suitable for an overnight stay and a TV.
Downstairs offers an L shaped living area with new couches that can seat 5, TV, OFP and Gas heater, with french doors that hold open to the back deck and bbq area surrounded by huge beautiful trees amplifying the peace and tranquility you discover here at No.12. There is an outdoor setting for 8 and an umbrella and new gas BBQ. There is also a good supply of firewood should you need it. The clothes line and an outdoor shower are down the sideway.
The living area also has french doors to the front deck with it's wonderful outdoor lounge setting - here you can enjoy being amongst the under the tree canopy.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, elect cooktop and oven, microwave and all the amenities you would require to enjoy entertaining your family and friends.
The laundry has a front loading washing machine, dryer and spare gas bottle for the bbq. There is a powder room off the laundry with a 2nd toilet and shower.
There is a front drive where you can get your car off the street if you desire but the extra wide naturestrip is also handy and what most of the local use.
Please we aware Beached at 12 does not have wifi and does not allow pets. Doonas and Pillows are provided but guests will need to bring their own linen and towels or organise linen hire as an extra when they place their booking.

The Rip Swim

The exciting Rip Swim returns for it's 6th season. (DATE TO BE CONFIRMED). The project has 4 crosiing dates this season to allow more opportunities for crossing this notorious stretch of water. Each crossing will hvae up to 4 groups of 6 swimmers. 7 December, 5 & 20 January and 3 February. Come down and cheer these brave swimmers in at the POint Lonsdale pier!!

Santa Train
