Monrepos - My Place of Rest by the Sea in Point Lonsdale.

We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.
Relax in comfort and style at Monrepos! Beautifully styled and presented with 3 bedrooms - 2 queen bedrooms and the 3rd has 2 single beds (or a king sized bed) with roll out trundles, all with R/C airconditioners, sleeping up to 8 guests. You can bring your furbaby, there's lots of interesting garden spaces to investigate and it is well fenced. The beautiful garden areas offer separate spaces to explore, a webber bbq and outdoor dining and seating.
It is a 2 storey home with only the large main bedroom and ensuite upstairs with a TV, downstairs has 2 bedrooms - 1 is a queen and the other has 2 king singles which can be pushed together to make a king sized bed + 2 trundles, both bedrooms have small skylights so they are lovely bright rooms. The main bathroom is nestled between the bedrooms and has a large walk in shower, vanity and toilet.
Monrepos offers wifi throughout, the open plan living area has new leather couches, R/C aircon, OFP (BYO wood) Smart TV with netflix and adjoins the dining area with the Rennai gas heater and seating for 6 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen bench. The modern kitchen offers all the amenities you would need with elec cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge plus there is a coffee plunger if you love your coffee. The living areas link to the leafy back yard and bbq courtyard where you will find your bbq and outdoor furniture. The laundry offers a front loading washing machine and dryer.
Monrepos is on the corner of Old Geelong Road and Fellows Road - carparking is on the Old Geelong Road side of the house, it is not off street and there is parking for 2 cars. The house faces Fellows Road but it's address is 26 Old Geelong Road.

Linen: Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 2 x queen and 2 x single. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

Firewood is not provided for the open fire place, there is a Rennai gas heater plus R/C airconditioners in the living area and all bedrooms.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at this property. There is an additional $33.00 fee per dog. Please
also bring your own bedding, doggie bowl, dog towels etc. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture.

Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.

**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections.
