Instantly relax and unwind at Nautilus; gaze out the window to the waterways - bring your canoe or paddle board, you can also throw a line in and see if you can catch a fish. The children's park is just 50 meters up the street with fabulous new children's play equipment, half basketball court, bbqs, outdoor settings and loads of room for the kids to run. This area is set up well for families but also great for those with furbabies with great walking tracks and the park is also doggie friendly. It isn't far from the bike track so you can enjoy a great bike ride into Queenscliff or even Drysdale or Geelong if you are feeling energetic.
Nautilus is a breath of fresh air, it's all new with quality furnishings and amenities including wifi, central heating and evap cooling. The front living area overlooks the waterways so you can sit and watch as people canoe past or are on their normal walking route, or if you prefer you can watch a movie or read a book with a nice glass of something special. The local 3225 cafe is just up the road so it's an easy flat walk to enjoy a great coffee and sit on their deck overlooking the waterways. - Back to the beautiful home, stylishly furnished with relaxation in mind - 3 bedrooms - 2 are queen and the 3rd has 2 singles. The main bedroom has an ensuite with walk in shower and sep toilet. The main bathroom has a separate bath, walk in shower, vanity and there is another separate toilet. The laundry has a front loader washing machine. There is also a very handy study nook set up with a desk, printer and lamp so if you have to do some work while away this makes it easy.
The back open plan living area is sensational. The kitchen is light and bright with all the amenities you could need - dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, coffee machine plus a butler's pantry. The dining area features a huge wall map of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale and overlooks the gardens, the table is big enough to comfortably sit 8. Light fills the living area with glass sliding doors opening up to include the alfresco BBQ area. Leather couches, beautiful upholstered armchair, large flat screen TV - it's all here. Comfortable living all year with gas ducted heating and evaporative aircooling. The outdoor entertaining area is designed for holiday living with an outdoor dining setting and sun lounges scattered over a beautiful paved area. There is also a great grassed yard space for littlies or furbabies to enjoy.
Nautilus is dog friendly (sorry cats are not permitted in the estate) we do ask dogs are outside only but please speak to our office if you have an indoor dog - permission may be gained with agreement to extra conditions. Nautilus is situated on a corner block overlooking the waterways in The Point and also has a 2 car lock up garage. Once you have stayed here you will love the peace and tranquility of being away from the main village but yet having all these amenities to enjoy without loads of people - over summer there are even movie nights in the park and also yoga. All this and you can still walk to the beach.

Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 2 x queen and 2 x single. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.
Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.
**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections.
