This wonderful elevated 3 bedroom townhouse is walking distance to the beach, General Store Cafe and new Wood Fired Pizza Eatery as well as the Tennis Courts and Bowls Club.
Ground level has 2 living areas, both with TV's, a well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, Aldi coffee machine (Expressi pods) dishwasher and microwave which links to the meals area. The front lounge has loads of seating and has aircon - there is gas ducted heating throughout. There is a powder room and laundry with a washing machine (no dryer)which leads to the external clothes line.
The bedrooms are all upstairs - the main has a queen bed, TV, aircon and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen with a Juliette balcony and a glimpse of the ocean while the 3rd bedrooms has a double bed and a set of children's bunks (not suitable for adults). The main bathroom has a separate shower, bath vanity and sep toilet.
A separate driveway provides access to a single lock up garage and a designated carspace allows for great carparking. Located on the main road into Queenscliff, central to most amenities and close to the beach but there is a little road noise.
Please note wifi is available - there is a portacot and highchair. This is NOT a pet friendly property (owner's have allergies).
LINEN:
Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 1 x queen sized bed with a queen doona; 1 x queen bed with a queen doona; 1 double bed with a double doona 2 x single beds with single doonas. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable.
