Upstairs, the Parent’s Retreat (including ensuite) exudes irresistible charm with cathedral ceilings and has a large TV in the sitting room with a comfy couch to relax and enjoy a great movie or that important game of footy that no one else seems to want to watch. Both the bedroom and sitting room open onto the rooftop balcony which showcases breathtaking ocean views towards the Mornington Peninsula National Park.

The garage is not available for guest's use but there is plenty of room behind the front gates for 2 - 3 cars.
The property has ducted heating therefore if guests would like to use the open fire place you will need to bring your own wood etc.

Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.

The Q Train

Now that Daylight Savings has finished for another season, The Q Train is back to lunch services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. While we love our summer Saturday nights on the train, we have found that missing out on the view on winter nights isn't as enjoyable. So from now until October you'll find us enjoying the view of olive groves, bushland and Swan Bay over a long lunch. Want to know the best bit of our lunch services? They all connect with the ferries from Melbourne and Sorrento! So you can have a full day out and leave all the transport to us The Bellarine is gorgeous in Winter, so if you want to spend the weekend down here we can suggest a number of fantastic accommodation options.
