POPULAR HOLIDAY HOME CLOSE TO THE BEACH - FORMERLY KNOWN AS SEAPUP

This lovely holiday home is super close to the beach, tennis courts, sportS center, bowling club and parklands. Some may know it as "Sea Pup" but it has new owners who have made a few little changes but it's essentially the same beautiful 2 storey dog friendly home with a few extra beautiful touches. It has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms - the main bedroom (king sized bed) with smart TV & ensuite is downstairs (cot available) as is the kitchen, dining with table and seating for 6, L shaped living area with a gas log heater and a R/C aircon, the laundry is also downstairs and has a front loading washing machine.
Upstairs has the 2 secondary bedrooms (both with R/C airconditioners) - one with 2 king single beds and the other has 2 single beds, the main bathroom is also upstairs with a walk in shower, vanity and toilet.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you would need for your stay- dishwasher, microwave, cook top and underbench oven along with all the usual appliances, the laundry has a front loader washing machine with access to the clothes line outside and it also the 2 car lock up garage. The L shaped living area has a TV zone with a smart TV and a comfy lounge, dining area with seating for 6, another couch in the lounge area and a comfy armchair to be able to have those long conversations in front of the gas log heater. There is also an R/C airconditioner. Glass sliding doors open to the large back deck with the bbq, outdoor setting and sun lounges. The property also provides a cot and stairguard.

It's just a short stroll to the beach so you can enjoy the sound of waves washing up on the shore & a lovely walk with your nearest & dearest plus your 4 legged best friend - or perhaps a more energetic run? Then you can enjoy a great breakfast at one of the local cafes/restaurants, the very popular Queenscliff General Store is just a block away - or perhaps lunch down at the harbour. So much to do you may need to come back or extend your stay! And don't forget the fine dining at The Vue Grand. Also close by is a great kids playground, the footy oval, new Monahan Sports Centre, tennis courts and parks. Plus the Golf Courses - Queenscliff has the Island course while Pt Lonsdale has its new Lonsdale Links course, then if keen you have Curlewis, Portarlington, Barwon Heads and 13th Beach.

Housekeeping Information

- Linen hire available by prior arrangement (you can order as an extra when you place a booking)
- Doona Sizes: 1 king, 2 Doubles and 2 singles.

A Dog Fee of $33 per dog per stay applies if bringing your fur baby.

If you are unable to travel due to Government covid travel restrictions we will either move your booking to dates of your selection when you are able to travel or provide you with a refund of the tariff paid.

Your credit card details will be retained as a Security Bond.
