This awesome Beach House was planned for high end holidays in a fabulous location, wonderful views and with stunning fixtures and features including marble bathrooms and kitchen, American Oak timber floors, Miele Appliances, a cosy wood fire in the dining area and R/C airconditioners in the living area and bedrooms. The quality amenities throughout ensure you have everything you should need. This location allows you to be car free, just leave your car in one of the 2 carparks in the carport and settle in, then you can pop downstairs for a coffee or a meal, have a leisurely stroll to the lighthouse, catch a wave or just enjoy a day on the beach.
3 generous bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen and 2 king singles with beautiful quality linen and towels provided for your use, you just need to bring your own beach towels! There are 2 beautiful marble bathrooms- one with a large tub should you wish to just relax with a good soak, the showers are walk in and there is an additional outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the front deck entrance so you can wash the sand off after a surf or swim before heading in doors.
There are 2 adjoining living areas both with TV's, the main has a wood fire. The well appointed stylish marble kitchen has bar stools for causal dining at the bench and stacking sliding doors that open to the deck and alfresco area which is a great spot where you can sit on a protected deck where you can enjoy a BBQ with a wine, read a book or just have a some lunch while watching the lawn bowls across the road or the ships going through The Rip.
In the heart of the Point Lonsdale opposite the front beach and Bowling Club, close to the back beach, Board Riders Club, Surf Club, Tennis Club, Lonsdale Links golf course and of course the shops, boutiques and cafes. Ideal for couples enjoying a getaway together and older or extended families having a well overdue catch up.
