Also tenants will be evicted on the spot if damage is found. * Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Where you are staying in a shared home/apartment, the noise curfew is 10pm. * Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Charges will be issued for any rubbish that is left outside the bin. There is free rubbish drop off points for part-time residents. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. * Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond. *If there is a BBQ on the property, it must be left clean otherwise an additional charge of $100 will be applied. * All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. * The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the key safe or as otherwise directed. * You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. A $50 fee will be charged for any lost keys. *Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $250 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. This will be taken from the bond. * No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. Under age drinking is not permitted on the property. If found, Police will be contacted as well as both guarantors. *PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS: * In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. * Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. * Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property. Welcome to Adagio - a beach house that's a hop, skip, and a jump from both the front and back beaches, with the golf course just a stone's throw away. You'll fall in love with this beautiful home, which has ducted heating and cooling, four bedrooms, two living areas, a huge kitchen, and two bathrooms, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax.
The house is fully fenced and even welcomes your furry friend - the good boy or girl - and there's a steep ascent to the garage, so drive straight in and enjoy. The home is tastefully decorated, with everything brand new minus a few vintage gems.
The bedrooms are a dream - the master suite has a queen bed with a king-sized doona, a spacious ensuite with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity, plus a walk-in robe. The other rooms have queen beds with king-sized doonas or two king singles. Both living areas come with large screen TVs, Netflix, and wifi, perfect for watching your favourite shows.
The kitchen is a cook's paradise, with modern appliances, a walk-in pantry, and plenty of cookware. The dining table comfortably seats eight, and the bathrooms are equally impressive, with a large soaker bath and walk-in shower.
Outside, you'll find a paved area with a large outdoor setting that seats eight, a plumbed-in BBQ, sun lounges, and a sun umbrella. There's even a hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off sand or saltwater.
Adagio is located in the new Lonsdale Shores estate, adjacent to Old Point Lonsdale and just outside the Lonsdale Links Golf Course. It's a short drive to Geelong, Ocean Grove, Queenscliff, and the ferry to Melbourne.
Please note that this is a residential area, so we ask that you keep noise to a minimum and avoid parties. Adagio is dog-friendly, but we limit it to two dog per booking. Linen hire is available, and there's parking for two cars in the garage, but unfortunately no room for boats or vans.
Come stay at Adagio, where the tempo is slow, and relaxation is guaranteed.

Get ready to pinch yourself because this beach house is a dream come true! Located smack bang in Old Lonsdale, it's a hop, skip, and a jump to the front beach, shops, cafes, and art galleries - and the best part? Your furry friend can come too! This place has it all, including NBN and Foxtel. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a rumpus room with a massive lounge for extra snoozing, you can comfortably fit the whole gang. There's even parking for a few cars off the street.
The main bedroom is upstairs and like your own private paradise, complete with a king-sized bed, aircon, and a lounge area(with an ensuite) . The second bedroom is fit for a queen, while the third bedroom has two sets of king-sized single bunks, perfect for lanky teens or kiddos. Plus, the rumpus room has a divan that folds out to a double bed - so, bring on the slumber party!

Amaroo is a wonderful three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with two living areas designed to suit the needs of holiday guests. The living areas consist of a front room with flat screen TV & Wii Games suitable for kids or the young at heart.
Towards the rear of the property is the open plan living, kitchen, dining and alfresco outdoor area- all with absolute WOW factor. The ambience in the living room is enhanced with a contemporary gas pebble fire.  Reverse cycle air conditioners are in the living areas as well as every bedroom.  The look & feel here is slick & modern whilst still evoking a warm and cosy feeling. The alfresco area is a master chefs haven with state of the art plumbed in gas BBQ complete with extraction fan and timer controlled outdoor heating panels.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The main boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV, Blu-ray and loads of wardrobe space. The immaculate ensuite has double shower. Bedroom two consists of 1 Queen with king sized doona; and bedroom three has: 1 trio (1 x Double on the bottom with 1 x Single above), plus 1 standard bunk (2 x singles), allowing the property to accept a total of 9 occupants. Amaroo is located near Swan Bay and is approximately 4km's from Queenscliff's town center. Nearby attractions include the Bellarine Rail Trail, great for cycling and bike enthusiasts with the beach and milk bar only a short stroll away.

Boy oh boy, our team are so excited to show case gorgeous Bayview Hideaway! This is a holiday home with the LOT! It has amazing Swan Bay views, loads of natural light, a new Smart TV, Foxtel (base package, entertainment & kids - no sport), wi-fi, it’s pet friendly and in an affordable price range that is easy on the budget for many. With three bedrooms, it is ideal for mum, dad, kids (& pets too naturally) or it also lends itself perfectly to couples wanting to get away for a breather. Bayview Hideaway truly is a haven for whatever reason you want to get away. It’s so comfortable all year around with temp control by reverse cycle AC for the warmer months and Nobo heating in multiple rooms for the cooler months.
Please Note - Foxtel does not have the sports package.
The 3 bedrooms consist of a queen in the master which also has an ensuite, and the 2 secondary bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each and shared bathroom.  The 2 lounges both offer large screen TVs with the main living area also having Foxtel & Wi-Fi. The bright and sunny kitchen is new and has a great stainless-steel cooker & fridge.  The separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
The HUGE outdoor deck beckons for casual gatherings whilst taking in the view and many a BBQ will be had here. The home is well fenced and ideal for families with children and/or dogs.
Being opposite Swan Bay is also opposite the train line where the steam train passes to the delight of many.  It is also a short walk to the doggie beach, walking tracks and the scenic bike route of the Bellarine Rail Trail.

Relax with a book under the shade of a magnificent Chinese Elm or enjoy watching the children play in the generous outdoor living area which also provides for the BBQ and outdoor setting.  This wonderful elevated 3 bedroom townhouse is walking distance to the beach, General Store Cafe and new Wood Fired Pizza Eatery as well as the Tennis Courts and Bowls Club. 
Ground level has 2 living areas, both with TV's, a well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, Aldi coffee machine (Expressi pods), dishwasher and microwave which links to the meals area. The front lounge has loads of seating and has aircon - there is gas ducted heating throughout. There is a powder room and laundry with a washing machine (no dryer) which leads to the external clothesline. 
The bedrooms are all upstairs - the main has a queen bed, TV, aircon and ensuite.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen with a Juliette balcony and a glimpse of the ocean while the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a set of children's bunks (not suitable for adults). The main bathroom has a separate shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
A separate driveway provides access to a single lock up garage and a designated car space allows for great car parking. Located on the main road into Queenscliff, central to most amenities and close to the beach but there is a little road noise.

Nearby Queenscliff offers tours of the historic town and fort, a marine education centre, boat jetty, swim with the seals tours, fishing, diving, steam railway tours, a great selection of cafes and restaurants, wineries, antiques and local shopping. For a day out, drive to Ocean Grove or Barwon Heads or take a ferry trip across the bay to Sorrento and Portsea. Children and adults will also enjoy the nearby mini golf, mazes and Adventure Park in Wallington. For a longer trip, Point Lonsdale & Queenscliff are a great starting point for a tour the Great Ocean Road.

And who wouldn't want to be Beached Again after staying at this wonderful beach apartment opposite the Pt Lonsdale front beach in the always popular Old Lonsdale. First of all, we have to mention the views - they are unbelievable!!  Beached Again takes advantage of magnificent armchair views over the RIP to the Lighthouse and down to Queenscliff.
It has been beautifully modernised and updated with quality fittings and provides wonderful accommodation for an older family or 3 couples with 3 queen sized bedrooms all with ensuites.  It is in the heart of Old Point Lonsdale shopping village with easy access to the shops, restaurants and cafes. And it has a Lift if you aren't able to manage the stairs or just to make it so much easier to get the shopping upstairs!
Now for more detail - it has hydronic heating so will be lovely and warm in the cooler months, it also has air-conditioning in the upstairs area.  It does have stairs with 2 bedrooms (both with ensuites) and the living area all on the main floor which is up 1 flight of stairs. The 3rd bedroom, ensuite and laundry are on the lower level, but it has a lift which makes this wonderful apartment accessible to anyone who would normally avoid stairs and not be able to enjoy these wonderful ocean views - see the ships going through, the Pilot Boat and on a good day, watch the surfers as they catch a wave.   
Everything is new and modern - beautiful kitchen with lovely amenities if you wish to cook but you can easily pop out for breakfast, lunch and dinner!  There are 3 gorgeous bathrooms - yes 3 of them!  A handy laundry if you do need to run something through the washing machine and a private back courtyard with a BBQ.  It also has an open fireplace (wood supplied) if you prefer some more ambience.  It is stylishly furnished throughout and I'm sure anyone who stays will be back, many times.  It also has wifi for your convenience.
There is car access from Simpson Street - I'm sorry but the garage is not available for guest's use however there is car parking for 2 small to medium sized cars or a larger car in front of the garage.
If you are looking for a getaway to relax, unwind and enjoy some views, fine food and wine - all at your doorstep - this is it.  You can sit in the lounge and watch the ships go through the Rip, if the swell is up you can watch surfers navigate some tricky waves or just enjoy seeing children play on the beach.

You are never going to want to leave Belbourie - the views are panoramic - both The Rip and Swan Bay!  Just sensational; as is the accommodation in this modern 3 level home. Linen and bathroom towels are provided so you can arrive and instantly relax. The only linen you need to bring is your beach towels.
Belbourie is a luxurious 3 level home situated right on the beach - you can walk from the back gate onto the beach track!
The top level offers the main bedroom with ensuite, and kitchen/living area you will notice extremely well set up, and you will find it hard to take your eyes off the view! The kitchen has a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine - there will be starter supply of pods, but you can bring your own if you have a preference of coffee type/flavour.  The living area has widescreen TV with Fetch TV and wifi, audio/video system, a gas log fire, ceiling fan and R/C air conditioning.  The main bedroom enjoys wonderful ocean views and has a queen bed, TV and lovely ensuite.

This beautiful townhouse is in a great location opposite the train station, boat ramp and close to the main shopping precinct and marketplace and has views of the bay and boat ramp. It offers modern comfy accommodation with wifi over 3 split levels in the heart of town where you can walk to many of the local restaurants, cafes and the train. 
Bella Casa has 2 bedrooms on the lower floor both with comfy queen beds, the huge main bedroom has an ensuite and the 2nd bedroom has the main bathroom - both have walk in showers, vanity and toilet. There is a European laundry with a top loading washing machine and access to the rear courtyard clothesline.  Upstairs the open plan living area is lovely and bright with room to spread out, a dining table for up to 6 and a modern host kitchen with all the modern amenities - oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. and bar stools for casual meals. Named after an iconic fisherman well known to most locals, this lovely, renovated fisherman's cottage is small and charming and now offers free unlimited wifi.  With a cosy three bedrooms it is located in the perfect holiday hot spot in the Fishermen’s Flats area of picturesque Queenscliff. Only a short walk to the harbour, ferry terminal, boat ramp, blues train and local eateries – it's all super convenient but at the same time you have all the privacy in the world as Bluey’s is tucked away at the water's edge of Beach Street. 
This gorgeous cottage carries the history of yesteryear but with recent renovations and contemporary furnishings guests will feel so at home, it will be a struggle to leave. It is an ideal for families with young children; with a SMALL living area and only ONE bathroom, is not suitable for 8 - 10 adults (bunks are only suitable for children) but it's lovely for a family to share and enjoy each other's company.  It offers R/C aircon in all bedrooms and the living area.

(Behind the historic Cobb & Co station which now operates as shops and upstairs residences). The cottage offers a couple or single the ideal getaway in the heart of town - just park your car out the back in the private off street parking area and walk to everything.  In an open & lovely communal garden setting the cottage has a lounge which is light and bright with a comfy couch, polished timber floors, TV, DVD & R/C aircon. The open plan hostess kitchen provides all the amenities you would need with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are stools for eating at the island bench and hidden behind the cupboards is a washing machine. This lovely holiday home is super close to the beach, tennis courts, sports center, bowling club and parklands. Some may know it as "Sea Pup", but it has new owners who have made a few little changes but it's essentially the same beautiful 2 storey dog friendly home with a few extra beautiful touches. It has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms - the main bedroom (king sized bed) with smart TV & ensuite is downstairs (cot available) as is the kitchen, dining with table and seating for 6, L shaped living area with a gas log heater and a R/C aircon, the laundry is also downstairs and has a front-loading washing machine. 
Upstairs has the 2 secondary bedrooms (both with R/C air conditioners) - one with 2 king single beds and the other has 2 single beds, the main bathroom is also upstairs with a walk in shower, vanity and toilet.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you would need for your stay- dishwasher, microwave, cook top and under bench oven along with all the usual appliances, the laundry has a front loader washing machine with access to the clothesline outside and it also the 2 car lock up garage.  The L shaped living area has a TV zone with a smart TV and a comfy lounge, dining area with seating for 6, another couch in the lounge area and a comfy armchair to be able to have those long conversations in front of the gas log heater.  There is also an R/C air conditioner.  Glass sliding doors open to the large back deck with the BBQ, outdoor setting and sun lounges. The property also provides a cot and stair guard.

It's just a short stroll to the beach so you can enjoy the sound of waves washing up on the shore & a lovely walk with your nearest & dearest plus your 4 legged best friend - or perhaps a more energetic run? So much to do you may need to come back or extend your stay! And don't forget the fine dining at The Vue Grand. Located in the heart of Queenscliff this spotless dog friendly home is a 2 minute walk to the local cafe, 3 minutes to the Swan Bay walking and bike tracks into Point Lonsdale, and 5 minutes to the beach and the Hesse St town centre. The front of the home is a classic 19th century cottage that has been renovated and extended, resulting in a lovely, comfy light filled home. The house boasts all the modern amenities including central hydronic heating throughout, a wood fire heater and R/C air-conditioner. 
Galway Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home - the main bedroom is at the rear of the home. It is carpeted and has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and french doors to the back deck and yard. It also has a beautiful luxurious ensuite with a rain head shower.  The 2nd bedroom is also carpeted and has a queen bed and ceiling fan, and the 3rd bedroom has timber floors with a rug and contains a pair of single bunkbeds which are suitable for children only. The second bathroom includes a deep bath, shower, vanity and heated towel rails with a separate toilet. The accommodation would be suitable for two smaller families or two couples to share.
The Cottage has two living areas, the front living area in the original part of the house includes a comfy window seat that provides a great spot to read a book or just watch the world go by, a new wood burner and a breakfast table leading into the lovely open galley kitchen.  The kitchen has a gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the amenities you would require. The back living area has feature glass sliding doors on either side to catch the cross breeze, and links onto the generous back deck and large garden with lots of fruit trees. This living area has a large flat screen Smart TV, air-conditioner and dining table with seating for 8. 
The house has a large laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer. If you need to do the washing, these amenities make short work of it. The laundry is a generous size making it perfect to store your beach or outdoor gear in.
The outside deck area offers a great spot for BBQs with an outdoor dining suite plus a fire pit for the cooler evenings. Beyond the decking is a great grassed area full of fruit trees you may help yourselves to when in season. Up the rear of the property is the children's cubby house and clothesline.  The house is perfect for you to bring your fur baby as its fencing is secure and the garden has plenty of room for them to play and explore. 
Galway Cottage has loads of features making it a perfect family or couples' getaway in both winter and summer. Wood burner, hydronic heating, air-conditioning, outdoor shower and quality finishes. A starter pack of wood is supplied but you will need to source your own wood if you wish to continue using it throughout your stay. The property is walking distance to train, cafe, shops, main street, churches, tennis and bowling club and the beach & yacht club and has easy access to the bike and walking path along Swan Bay.

Glan Mor means by the sea and so it is, with it being only a short 5 minute walk away from the beach. Casual furnishings mix with some lovely antiques to provide that homely feeling where you can stretch out and just relax. With a TV, DVD & stereo the living area provides tucked away from prying eyes, this lovely modest unit offers peace & tranquility. While the unit is modest, a welcoming ambiance greets you when you walk through the front door into the open plan lounge and dining area. The necessities such as a gas wall furnace to keep you warm in the cooler months, and an air conditioner for comfort during those hot summer days, are provided. The dining area has glass sliding doors to the small leafy courtyard and an outdoor setting & bbq. The yard is ideal for small or older dogs, who don't need a lot of space for exercise. 

The hostess kitchen has a gas cooktop and electric under-bench cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and all the normal amenities you need. The kitchen links up with the laundry that has a washing machine and dryer.

Two bright bedrooms have queen beds, making it ideal for couples or friends sharing, or a young family. The bathroom has a shower, separate bath, vanity and toilet.

Drive down the side drive - you have a lock up garage to tuck the car away. A great little getaway and very reasonably priced so you can afford to "get away" often!

A large open plan living, kitchen and dining area provides space for any occasion. There is free wifi, a large flat screen smart TV and a Blu-ray DVD player with surround sound, to be enjoyed as you sit in comfortable leather lounges, or you can rest outside of the action on the easy informal day bed. Winter comfort comes from a beautiful gas log fire and cooling in the summer via reverse cycle air-conditioners upstairs and down. Step into the private back yard, lunch under the shade sail, pick up some sun on the sun lounges or start up the 4 burner BBQ. You will find in the cedar garden shed a toilet and hot shower, ideal from returning from the beach. The downstairs main bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and bathroom. This hidden gem is right in the middle of Queenscliff behind the Vue Grand just a 2 minute walk to the main street shops and restaurants and close by parklands, the beach, market place - ideal for the Music Festival, Blues Train, Q Train, weddings and so many other celebrations.   If you are going to a local event, this is the place to be.  You can easily walk to most of the local activities from here!!
You enter the apartment from a lovely shared garden space into a leafy private courtyard and this funky 1 bedroom apartment is sure to surprise.  
It has generous living space with a mezannine level loft which is accessed via a ladder which provides a small sitting area - (it is not recommended for guest's use unless confident with ladders and guest use at own risk) the living area has a wood burning heater plus R/C airconditioning, up a few steps to the dining bankette and kitchen area.  The kitchen has a gas cooker and electric oven, small bar fridge, dishwasher and microwave along with all the normal bits and bobs you would expect. The location gives easy access to all the great Queenscliff eateries. 
The lovely bedroom has beautiful linen, pillows galore and towels included. The bathroom has a corner spa to relax and enjoy some me time. Please note the shower is over the bath.

Just off Point Lonsdale’s lively cafe strip, Lochaber is a classic ‘Old Lonsdale’ beachside retreat. With expansive outdoor entertaining options, two living spaces, four bedrooms, a big backyard and an outdoor shower - it’s tailor made for enjoying a seaside escape with friends or family.

Hidden amongst the area’s iconic Moonah woodland, entry is via the main deck. With a northerly aspect, this large outdoor entertaining area benefits from a large retractable awning for some midday shade and also houses the partitioned outdoor shower, a bbq and a cafe heater for cooler nights under the stars. Beyond the front door, an open plan kitchen/living area has plenty of seating, whilst the modern kitchen is well equipped for self-catering - with gas cooking, an oven and a dishwasher. The adjacent sitting area is perfect for quiet afternoons on the couch in front of the large tv.

To the rear of the home, four bedrooms surround a second informal living area. Two with queen size beds, one with a double bed and the fourth a family bedroom housing a queen bed with bunk above plus additional bunk bed. All rooms are stylishly appointed with great views to the garden outside. A modern family bathroom with dual sinks (perfect for busy bed times!) is joined by a second separate toilet off the laundry, which also includes a washing machine, dryer, trough and drying rack. With direct access to the second living space, the main deck wraps around the rear of the house providing a further outdoor space to enjoy. Nestled in amongst the ti-tree and lovely coastal gardens Lonsdale on Glaneuse is an easy walk to the back surf beach, the front beach and shopping village. Bring your furbaby along too, the property is well fenced so they can fossick around in the garden, they can also come inside but please bring your own doggie beds as they are not permitted on furniture.
Beautifully refurbished with 3 bedrooms - the main has a king bed with ceiling fan and R/C aircon and an ensuite, the 2nd has a queen bed and dyson fan and the 3rd has 2 sets of adult sized (king single) bunks and a R/C aircon. This home can comfortably sleep 8.  The main bedroom is a wonderful light filled room with an ensuite which has a large walk in shower, toilet, heated towel rail and vanity, it is situated away from the secondary bedrooms.  The living area boasts windows all round so you can enjoy feeling connected to the wonderful gardens, it links to the deck and has loads of room to spread out with a great dining space which seats 8 and the lounge area which has 2 large 3-4 seater couches around the wood Canarra heater (starter pack of wood supplied).  The house also has gas ducted heating throughout and a R/C aircon in the living area. Wifi access allows you to connect to the smart TV to be able to log into your payTV accounts if desired. The generous kitchen has a new Bosch oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, new fridge - plus an extra wine fridge in the laundry - and many Smeg appliances - toaster, kettle and blender.  It is really well decked out with all the amenities you could need.  
The main bathroom has a separate toilet, vanity and walk in shower. There isn't a bath at Lonsdale on Glaneuse. The laundry in addition to the wine fridge has a front loading washing machine and dryer.  There is also a new clothes line outside.
The outdoor living area consists of a great deck, undersail dining space, fabulous new Heston Blumenthal gas BBQ and also an outdoor lounge under the tree canopy.  There is a great grass area and more fabulous gardens all within secure fencing and gates.
The front car access provides off street carparking but there is also a double garage, although it does have a table tennis table and surfboard racks so you may prefer to leave your cars in the carspace.

Lonsdale Shores has recently been refurbished creating a great ambience with all one could ask for in a holiday. Ideal to enjoy all year around, Lonsdale Shores boasts cosy gas log fire for those blustery winter days, or reverse cycle AC for balmy summer nights. Affordable and comfortable accommodation is hard to find when coupled with stunning views- so this is a property that must be considered by families with children or friends just wanting to get together. Lytton is a wonderful holiday home with a lovely feel and in a great location. It's an easy stroll to the play park & front beach in the popular Old Lonsdale area where you can walk to the shops, cafes and golf course. 

This spacious 2 storey home in a very popular location is on a large block - ideal for families!  With a children's park close by as well as the front beach this home offers a great getaway. Lytton is a lovely light filled home with central heating and R/C aircon. 

There are 3 bedrooms in total, (all have new mattresses) - 1 queen, 2 long singles & 3 x singles.  The upstairs bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom (shower, toilet & vanity). Upstairs also has a lounge area with a TV and a sitting nook for enjoying some quiet time. Glass sliding doors give access to the balcony which overlooks the leafy back yard and provides lovely cooling breezes over summer.  

Downstairs has the main bedroom with a fabulous new ensuite and queen-sized bed.  The lounge area has a flat screen TV, DVD, video and new ducted heating.  The NEW kitchen & sitting area are north facing and will be a favourite spot for taking in the winter sunshine.  The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and fridge. A European Laundry is situated in the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. 
There is a huge sun filled BBQ deck off the dining area with an outdoor setting.  A huge deck at the back of the home overlooks a very generous back yard.  The decks from the front to the back link down the side of the home, and there are stairs down to the large back yard.

Enjoy the generous back garden where you could play a game of cricket, or the kids can just have a good run around. It is well fenced and shaded by lovely tall trees. The rear yard is a fabulous area for adults & kids and the dogs are sure to love it too! Yes! It is also pet friendly! 
A side drive leads to the carport so you can pop your cars off the street.

Walk to the front beach and the promenade where you can ride your bikes into Queenscliff or into the Pt Lonsdale Village. In the middle of Queenscliff, but tucked away privately at the north end of Queenscliff’s main street, ‘Marley’s Place’ offers the ultimate convenience and comfort for your coastal stay. The contemporary double-storey apartment includes two bedrooms on the lower level, light-filled open-plan living upstairs and the town’s cafes, boutiques and art galleries right on your doorstep.

Bedrooms comprise a queen-sized master with a ceiling fan and large timber slider merging to the second bedroom with a lovely new comfy double bed. Please note that to get to the bathroom you need to go through the second bedroom.
The large bathroom features a full-sized bath and shower with rainwater showerhead, and there’s a washer and dryer for convenience. In-built robes allow you to store belongings out of sight.

Upstairs, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The dining and living spaces are stylishly appointed; a large TV and series of board games is available to keep the kids amused. A split system air conditioner ensures optimal comfort and there’s a nifty powder room concealed behind the kitchen.

Monrepos is a 2 storey home, the generous master suite has a TV, plenty of wardrobe space and a large ensuite with bath! Downstairs you will find the other 2 bedrooms - 1 is a queen and the other has 2 king singles which can be pushed together to make a king sized bed. Both bedrooms have small skylights, so they are lovely bright rooms. The main bathroom is nestled between the bedrooms and has a large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. 
The open plan living area has new leather couches, R/C aircon, fireplace (BYO wood), Smart TV with Netflix and adjoins the dining area with the Rennai gas heater and seating for 6 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen bench.  The modern kitchen offers all the amenities you would need with electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge plus there is a coffee plunger if you love your coffee. The laundry offers a front-loading washing machine and dryer.

Instantly relax and unwind at Nautilus; gaze out the window to the waterways - bring your canoe or paddle board, you can also throw a line in and see if you can catch a fish.  The children's park is just 50 meters up the street with fabulous new children's play equipment, half basketball court, bbqs, outdoor settings and loads of room for the kids to run.  This area is set up well for families but also great for those with furbabies with great walking tracks and the park is also doggie friendly.  It isn't far from the bike track so you can enjoy a great bike ride into Queenscliff or even Drysdale or Geelong if you are feeling energetic. 
Nautilus is a breath of fresh air, it's all new with quality furnishings and amenities including wifi, central heating and evap cooling. The front living area overlooks the waterways so you can sit and watch as people canoe past or are on their normal walking route, or if you prefer you can watch a movie or read a book with a nice glass of something special. The local 3225 cafe is just up the road so it's an easy flat walk to enjoy a great coffee and sit on their deck overlooking the waterways. - Back to the beautiful home, stylishly furnished with relaxation in mind - 3 bedrooms - 2 are queen and the 3rd has 2 singles. The main bedroom has an ensuite with walk in shower and separate toilet. The main bathroom has a separate bath, walk in shower, vanity and there is another separate toilet.  The laundry has a front loader washing machine. There is also a very handy study nook set up with a desk, printer and lamp so if you have to do some work while away this makes it easy.
The back open plan living area is sensational. The kitchen is light and bright with all the amenities you could need - dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, coffee machine plus a butler's pantry.  The dining area features a huge wall map of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale and overlooks the gardens, the table is big enough to comfortably sit 8. Light fills the living area with glass sliding doors opening up to include the alfresco BBQ area. Leather couches, a beautifully upholstered armchair, large flat screen TV - it's all here. Comfortable living all year with gas ducted heating and evaporative air-cooling. The outdoor entertaining area is designed for holiday living with an outdoor dining setting and sun lounges scattered over a beautiful paved area.  There is also a great grassed yard space for littlies or furbabies to enjoy.
Nautilus is dog friendly (sorry cats are not permitted in the estate) we do ask dogs are outside only but please speak to our office if you have an indoor dog - permission may be gained with agreement to extra conditions. Nautilus is situated on a corner block overlooking the waterways in The Point and also has a 2 car lock up garage.  Once you have stayed here you will love the peace and tranquility of being away from the main village but yet having all these amenities to enjoy without loads of people - over summer there are even movie nights in the park and also yoga. All this and you can still walk to the beach.

"Ozone Tower" is the Top Floor/third floor Penthouse Apartment at the front of "The Ozone Apartments". All have exceptionally comfortable beds - and all linen and towels are provided. Once you arrive you can quickly settle in and relax. You are in the heart of town so you can wander out to the shops, restaurants and galleries or just watch the world go by from the large balcony (with BBQ), breakfast bar or tower haven. Take a book and glass of wine or a cup of tea upstairs to the sumptuous tower where you can curl up on the super comfy couch and escape, or just relax and enjoy the views. Watch a storm as it rumbles in; the ferries, ships, or pilot boats darting about or transversing the Rip.

Occupying the first floor of the historically significant Ozone Hotel, a stay in the Pelican Apartment offers a truly quintessential Queenscliff experience. One of the town’s early buildings, the former hotel has long hosted weary travellers - from its early days as a lively beachside haunt of the rich and famous to a safe haven for seafarers and fishermen. Today, the first floor Pelican Apartment offers an opportunity to experience the opulence of yesteryear, whilst enjoying high quality modern conveniences and easy access to contemporary Queenscliff’s vibrant cafes, restaurants and boutiques. 

With access available via a central lift or stairs, the apartment offers three large bedrooms, all with sweeping high ceilings and premium fittings. Built in 1887, the Historic Queenscliff Post Office Residence is now available for holiday rental accommodation.  Beautifully updated this landmark building retains many original features, the QPO offers 4 bedroom accommodation in the heart of town with ocean and Swan Bay views from upstairs. The updates include hydronic heating throughout, polished timber floors, fabulous high ceilings and detailed ceiling roses, architraves and so much more.  Luxury bed linen and bathrooms towels are provided for guests with the beds made up so you can just arrive and marvel in the majesty of this wonderful historic building. "Rip Tide" is in an AWESOME location only 4 minute walk to Lonnie front beach & shops and only 650 meters to Point Lonsdale back beach – in between 2 oceans if you like! Not only will you be in THE perfect spot but the accommodation on offer here is all you could ask for in a holiday home. Recently refurbished, you step into a fresh, light filled space with open floor plan so that all of you can hang together. If you need time to yourself to curl up to a good book or want to send the kids to do their own thing, there is a sitting room upstairs with flat screen TV to keep them entertained - wifi & Foxtel available.

Rip Tide has three bedrooms: two bedrooms with queen beds, and one with 2 x king singles with double doonas. The main bedroom is situated on the ground level with ensuite, and the remaining 2 bedrooms are upstairs with a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower (no bath).  Please note the bedrooms are all fitted with air conditioners so guests will be able to stay cool over summer.

Temperature control is through reverse heating and cooling downstairs, Rinnai gas heating and nobo heating panels in the upstairs bedrooms as well as R/C aircons.

The contemporary kitchen looks out to a good sized secure garden, ideal for family BBQ’s whilst the juliette balcony provides a lovely outlook for pre-dinner drinks. The fully equipped laundry has a washing machine and dryer. An additional study/reading room is available for a quiet ready spot or remote workers. There is a convenient powder room to the lower level.

Tucked down one of Point Lonsdale’s most sought-after streets, this beautiful 4 bedroom home offers a stylish and private stay just 3 doors from the beach and a short walk to the shops and cafes. Perfect for spending time with family or friends, you’ll love the views across the bay to Point Nepean, the multiple living spaces, the outdoor dining, the 4 large bedrooms and the quiet, leafy backyard.

With entry via the large front deck, downstairs holds two distinct living spaces. The first is a formal living room with gorgeous bay window seating, views to the front garden and a TV, whilst to the rear a sun-filled, relaxed chill out zone is equally suited to a morning cuppa in the sun or a movie night with the blinds down in the evening. It doesn't get any better than this for a family getaway in Pt Lonsdale! Just approaching the house, which is nestled in a private nook down the driveway at the foot of the dunes, you automatically unwind. When you step into the outdoor living area you will think that this is truly what a beachside getaway should be about! Generous outdoor area with great outdoor furniture, gas BBQ and a built in solar heated pool with a separate (gas heated) spa. How can you not relax and enjoy the environment this wonderful beach house has to offer?  
Then upon walking inside, you appreciate the thought and planning that has gone into this wonderful beachside home.  Architecturally designed with a generous open plan; and light-filled living spaces.  The living area has a gas fireplace that heats the whole house. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner, TV & DVD.  The open plan flows to the generous dining area and kitchen, which has quality fixtures - dishwasher, microwave, Smeg gas cooker with electric oven, and large fridge. There is another lounge area, so you can quietly watch a movie or perhaps a game of cricket that the rest of the family just does not want to hear about. Downstairs there is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and laundry (washing machine & dryer). There is also an outdoor shower just out the back door close, to the track that leads down to the beach.  The private access onto the beach track is a real bonus if you love to surf or just have a lovely stroll down the beach.

Upstairs: Main bedroom with a king bed, TV, walk through robe to ensuite and access to a balcony.  There is a spiral staircase on the deck that leads up to the roof top viewing deck - just have a look at these treetop views over Pt Lonsdale - amazing!  There is also the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed; and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks (single trundle under one set of the bunks) the bunks are for children and not suitable for adults. The cosy living area upstairs takes advantage of the treetop views and has a TV and air conditioner.  
This house is very special, and we are sure many special memories will be shared here by those lucky enough to enjoy some time in Sand Dunes.

SAND DUNES

Light and Bright, this lovely beach house offers loads of space with 2 good sized living areas and 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is huge with a queen bed, TV, ensuite and WIR. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized bed; and the 3rd has 2 x singles with an extra single mattress which is ideal for an extra guest having a sleep over. The modern kitchen ticks all the boxes with induction cooktop, Bosch dishwasher and electric oven, overlooking the BBQ area and yard, which is really well fenced to keep littlies and well-behaved dogs, safe and sound. (Please refer below for T&C's in regard to bringing dogs). The garden has been landscaped and now has a lovely grass area with the veggie garden and fruit trees around the side of the home but still very accessible and you are welcome to enjoy the seasonal produce.  The lemon tree is unbelievable - loaded with huge lemons and the owners welcome you to take as many as you like, they can't keep up with them.
The house is comfy all year round with good central heating plus aircon in the living areas, and also the main bedroom. The front living area has a TV, comfy lounges and a gas log fire in the living area adding to its ambience.
The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower and vanity, with the toilet being separate. The laundry has a front-loading washing machine, dryer and of course there is an external clothesline. A long side drive leads to the rear of the property and a carport. Please note that there is another side drive where the owner sometimes leaves his caravan (it's out of the way and won't be any problems) - the garage is locked for owner's use only but there is a good carport and plenty of room in the long driveway for at least 3 - 4 cars.

Located in a lovely quiet court right next to a small children's playground and within 300m to the new Lonsdale Links golf course, with the beach also not too far away - there is something for everyone.

You will never want to leave this wonderful 5 bedroom home, ideal for extended families or older groups looking for a getaway - what a great spot to relax and enjoy good company and good times with its rolling front lawn which lends itself to a game of cricket or footy in the sunshine, or just for the mandatory handstands kids may find irresistible.  Tucked away behind a high front fence where you can feel comfortable that your littlies or fur baby are secure and safe and you can hide away from the beach crowds if the need arises. Drive up the long driveway and unwind as you go, your holiday starts as soon as you step out of the car! 
Please Note there is a maximum 6 adults permitted as the bunks are not suitable for adults but please speak to us if you would like to run through the bedding configuration.
Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, one has an ensuite and one has a built-in desk if you just have to attend to something that cannot wait.  Upstairs is another bedroom! So that is 5 in total.  Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, downstairs are 1 King, 1 queen bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with trio bunks (double on the bottom and single on the top). There is another downstairs bathroom with a walk in shower and separate bath and a laundry with a front loader washing machine.  The bedrooms have Nobo style heaters and upstairs has a R/C air conditioner.  NOTE linen and towels are not provided, you may BYO or given a little notice we can organise linen hire.
Once upstairs an expansive open plan living/dining area offers an easy relaxed atmosphere with floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is neat and functional with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the other required amenities.  Double sliding doors lead out to a large deck with built in outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining/lounge area inviting you to enjoy a cool drink on a lazy summer afternoon - or just anytime really.
In a great location just a hop, skip and jump from the footy oval and front Springs Beach and a lazy 10 minute walk to the shopping village.  The Lonsdale Links golf course is just a few minutes away and there is a bike track so if you bring your bike you can ride into Queenscliff or if you are more adventurous and energetic you could ride the rail trail.

This luxury two bedroom townhouse is exquisite and offers a contemporary design where urban industrial meets coastal comfort. Every detail has been carefully considered, even to each piece of quality Australian made furniture. Its position is perfect with the beach only a minute stroll away and the local eateries & shops an easy 8 minute walk. There is a very popular day-time cafe just next door so you can pop in for a great coffee, a yummy breakky or leisurely lunch. It is also well positioned if you happen to be coming down for The Blues Train, Music Festival, wedding, honeymoon or other occasion.

Blissfully private, arrive at Stella and you’ll immediately get the sense of having stepped foot into a secure haven just for you! Warm arms of timber paneling encompass this unique home, giving it a minimalist organic feel. A stunning in-ground saltwater swimming pool greets you and is adorned with a very cool vertical garden wall. Large Aneeta windows tower the two storeys of the property and magically open to make the indoor and outdoor spaces one. The pool (depth 1.8m) has solar and top up gas heating which should keep the temperature 27 degrees (warm but not hot, weather dependent) it acts as a beautiful backdrop visual from the cosy indoors. Choose to nestle comfortably by the pebbled fire with a glass of your favourite local tipple, whilst your family and friends play safely at arms length. 

The ground level boasts a stylishly decorated open plan lounge, well equipped kitchen with large butler’s pantry, and dining area which all connect effortlessly to the outdoors. Laundry facilities and a separate powder room complete the indoor downstair amenities. Park your car securely off the street in undercover parking which also hosts space for the BBQ and outdoor eating area for 10. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect to wash the sand away after a day at the beach, before immersing yourself in the warm pool for a nice relaxing soak.

Make your way to the second level and you will find a casual second living room with flat screen TV and two king bedrooms both of which have TV's and ensuites. Both bedrooms are ready for your arrival made up with luxurious bed linen and bathroom towels.  One of the bedrooms opens out to a spacious balcony which makes for a perfect chill out space for an evening vino or cocktail. There are two single trundle beds available in the event you have overnight guests (additional fee of $110 p.p. applies).

Climate control is via reverse-cycle air conditioning (units in downstairs lounge & both bedrooms). For ambient heating there is a cosy pebble fire in the downstairs living.

Entertainment consists of Blue Tooth speakers, 4 flat screen smart TVs in both lounges plus both bedrooms.  Stella now also offers wifi.

A traditional Lonnie beach house, redesigned and updated but keeping true to the style of the '50's.  Enjoying the lifestyle by the beach is what Sunny Daze is all about.  It has generous room sizes and great retro features but all the modern amenities we love and provides linen and towels.  Large open plan living areas with smart TV, wifi, Netflix and Stan plus DVD. 3 bedrooms, the main has a queen bed, ensuite and BIR, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks that are suitable for both adults and children. There is a 2nd living area with a 2nd TV, great wood heater but the main form of heating is via the ducted central heating which makes it nice and cosy in the cooler months and in the summer months there is a large air conditioner that flows through the whole house.  Ceiling fans help move the cooler air so it's comfortable all year round. The kitchen has all the mod cons - dishwasher, electric oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine (requires coffee beans) and loads of equipment. Plus, a large butler's pantry which also houses the front loader washing machine.  
The outdoor entertaining area is beautiful, it has a great outdoor table setting, sun umbrella, BBQ plus there is a clothesline and plenty of wood for the wood heater.  This house is well planned for your family fur child.  It is separately and well fenced out the back and out the front - you can keep your pooch safe and away from smaller children or perhaps another dog, it's very versatile.  There is a single car garage and a parking space behind.  The owner has kindly left some bikes, fishing rods, boogie boards in the garage and is happy for guest to use them.  There is also a highchair.

Swansong is a lovely 4 bedroom 1950's style family home with expansive views of Swan Bay from the front deck and is just minutes to the main shopping precinct, harbour and the beach.  With your comfort and relaxation in mind you will enjoy Swansong's great location and outdoor amenities. Once you've parked the car under the carport or in the driveway there's no need to drive anywhere with so many amenities so close by. Swansong offers 2 queen size bedrooms, one with robe, a large ensuite and ceiling fan, the other has a large dressing table for clothing. A family style sleeping area offers 2 adjoining rooms one with a single bed, the other with a double bed and TV - it overlooks the shady treed back yard which has plenty of space for that family game of cricket. A large, shared bathroom is steps away from these bedrooms.
There are 2 north facing living areas - a sunroom adjoining the front deck has seating, a large dining table, timber bar and a fridge. The main living area has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, gas heater and overhead fan.  The galley styled kitchen has seating for 4 in the bay window overlooking Swan Bay, dishwasher, microwave and an air conditioner that cools the front 3 rooms. 
The outside area in the back yard has and outdoor table and seating and a Weber BBQ in a shaded area. The large, shaded yard has side gates and is a secure play space for kids.
Swansong overlooks beautiful Swan Bay, is an easy walk to the town centre, beaches, fishing areas, walking tracks, bike trails, the Marine Discovery Centre, Queenscliff Harbour shops and cruises. During January the ferry offers buses connecting to Point Nepean and other sites of interest.

Reminiscent of the Hamptons summer society, where timeless classic design meets historical elegance, and stylish modern restoration, this remarkable five bedroom estate is ready to accommodate a houseful of family and guests, creating warm and lifelong memories. The main house immediately induces rest and rejuvenation, with heightened ceilings, timber floors and bespoke interiors throughout. Enjoy gathering in the expansive living space around the open fireplace, after days spent freely at nearby beaches, or within the grounds of the property; on sun drenched verandahs and savoring the in-ground heated spa. A stately gourmet kitchen features a high-end Ilve 900mm freestanding oven/gas cooktop, Miele dishwasher and Smeg minor appliances, inclusive of the essential coffee machine. Extended dining will be appreciated indoors, adjacent to the in-built cocktail station, wine fridge and butlers sink. Warming northern orientation and beautiful outlooks across covered porches, charming verandahs and the expansive front lawn harness ambiance. Two primary suites are accommodated here, both with queen size beds, luxurious linens, plantation shutters and built-in robes. A traditionally designed bathroom services these rooms.

The upstairs suite accommodates three guests with a queen size bedroom, a single bedroom, open plan living space, kitchenette for convenience, chic bathroom and wrap-around verandahs; overseeing delightfully manicured gardens and Swan Bay water glimpses.

This property also has a beautiful converted self contained garage bedsitter that can be added to your booking if you need to accommodate an extra couple or if someone would just like to have that one degree of seperation and privacy. Taworri is a modern three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with two living areas. The living areas consist of a front room with flat screen TV & Wii Games suitable for kids or the young at heart. After staying here you will undoubtedly never want to leave and like so many others will come back time and time again.

Towards the rear of the property is the open plan living, kitchen, dining and alfresco outdoor area- all with absolute WOW factor. The ambience in the living room is enhanced with a contemporary gas pebble fire - it isn't effective for heat but looks great. The reverse Cycle air conditioners are in the living areas as well as every bedroom and are very effective for temperature control. The look and feel here is warm and inviting with natural tones throughout evoking the utmost comfort. The alfresco area has a new Weber 2000 Pulse Electric BBQ Complete and timer controlled outdoor heating panels.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The main boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV. Blu-ray and loads of wardrobe space. The immaculate ensuite has double shower. Other bedrooms consist of Queen and 1 trio and 1 standard bunk allowing the property to accept a total of 9 occupants. Please note the bunks are suitable for children and not adults.

Taworri is located near Swan Bay and is approximately 4km's from Queenscliff's town center. Nearby attractions include the Bellarine Rail Trail- great for cycling and bike enthusiasts and the beach and milk bar is only a short stroll away.

Set right in the heart of heritage Queenscliff, this immaculately appointed two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable, private stay within walking distance of everything. Fully self-contained, it features two large bedrooms, a spacious central bathroom, open plan kitchen/living/dining, a euro-laundry and an enviable outdoor entertaining area overlooking Queenscliff’s vibrant main street. 
Entry is via an art-lined stairway, with a landing providing access to the first of two bedrooms. Offering a queen size bed, adjacent storage, soft lighting, ceiling fan, a tv and direct access to the front patio. The second bedroom features two single beds with built-in robes, ceiling fan and plenty of natural light. Across the hall, the stylish bathroom has a large shower with a rain head and a vanity providing all the essentials.  
The open plan living space houses a full-size kitchen with premium appliances, gas cooking, dishwasher, full-size fridge, stone benchtops and quality cookware. A six-seater dining table offers space to enjoy a meal, whilst the two plush sofas, soft lighting options and audio-visual entertainment make for cosy nights in. Reverse cycle air-conditioning allows for comfort over all seasons. Glass sliding doors open out onto a second private patio with Weber bbq and outdoor seating.  
Overlooking heritage Hesse Street, this apartment couldn’t be better located. Within a few steps of the village’s many restaurants, cafes and boutiques - it’s also a short walk from Queenscliff’s famous seafront parkland, harbour and walking trails. Given the large entertaining space overlooking the main street, it is an excellent option for experiencing events such as the Queenscliff Music Festival, Rod Run or Literary Festival. A relaxed seaside village, Queenscliff is just 30 minutes drive from Geelong and 90 minutes from Melbourne - with access also available via the Ferry service from Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula.

This beautiful heritage home is in central Queenscliff an easy walk to the shopping village, parks and the beach.  ‘Waratah’ is an outstanding example of the town’s long history as a year-round holiday destination. Today it captures the spirit of a bygone era whilst also offering all the modern touches for a warm and comfortable stay. 

As you step onto the lovely front verandah you notice the beautiful leadlights along with many other period features; the wide hallway stretches the length of the home, with high ceilings and period lighting setting the tone. The front lounge is a generous in size and is the perfect place to read a book, enjoy a chat with friends or just watch the world go by - it's the second of two good sized living spaces enabling multiple living areas for the extended family to spread out. Further along the 2 main bedrooms are generous in size, the 3rd bedroom is bedrooms all feature queen size beds, cupboard storage, ornamental fireplaces and their own ensuites. A fourth ’kids’ bedroom offers two single beds, reverse cycle air conditioning, a ceiling fan and storage. 

The ornate hallway opens out into a light-filled kitchen and living area perfect for spending time with family and friends. If taking the chance to dine-in during your stay, the large fully equipped kitchen is well suited for many hands - with plenty of bench space, double oven, coffee machine and long central dining table. A relaxed living area offers a TV and couches, whilst an adjacent powder room also provides clothes washing facilities. Glass doors open out onto a decked north facing entertaining area - with dining table, relaxed seating and BBQ. This quiet and private space is sublime no matter the time of day.

‘Waratah’ is within walking distance of Queenscliff’s many restaurants, cafes and boutiques and has easy access to a supermarket. Take the chance to wander the many walking trails through historic parkland to the beach beyond. Given this home’s suitability for multiple couples or family groups, it is an ideal base for experiencing one of the many events Queenscliff has to offer. This home is just a 30 minute drive from Geelong, 90 minutes from Melbourne and is also easily accessible via the Queenscliff Sorrento Ferry.

Sitting central on a flat grassy allotment, allowing for the luxury of  space to the front and rear for relaxation, Summer barbeques and gatherings with family and friends; following long days exploring our aquamarine assets.
Three spacious double bedrooms with new built in robes, reverse cycle air conditioning and classic hardwood timber features accommodate six persons overall, with two bathrooms benefiting from separate water closets and central placement. Oozing comfort, the spacious lounge presents as the ultimate evening retreat, complete with gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and Plasma TV. The adjacently set meals area seats six for formal meals, with the addition of a breakfast bench and outdoor setting taking care of overflow. Culinary creators will be at home in the well equipped kitchen, hosting an upright oven with gas cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and soda stream. Additional comforts include hydronic heating, secure backyard, bbq with gas bottle, Miele washer and dryer, fully equipped laundry, home office/sitting area and pot belly fire pit.

Over 2 levels, this 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is just a stroll away from Point Lonsdale beach front!
Sleep on a Hastens bed and enjoy stunning furniture from Great Dane among other vintage collectible items.

The space
The Great Dane House is a very special collaboration between the founder of Great Dane, Anton Assaad and his long time partner and creative director of Great Dane.
“It was so wonderful to realise such a unique and personal home together in such an amazing location amongst the Moona Trees and sand dunes of old Point Lonsdale.”
The Design Duo purchased the house after viewing the property just once, the humble untouched tree house was sitting quietly amongst nature and they felt it was a perfect place to create The Great Dane House.
The home is filled with layers and textures and a unique personal collection some old, some new, much of the pieces collected over the last 21 years of Great Dane.
They have finally found their home!
The feeling is of an intimate home with thought and consideration in everything, from Ittala Glassware, vintage Japanese ceramics, a fireplace from Belgium, a vintage Borge Mogensen 2213 sofa, Flaghalyard chair by Hans Wegner, all sitting on old family Persian rugs.
The interior architecture is warm and filled with unexpected finishes, contrasting finishes that create a feeling of harmony and warmth.
Cement sheet in the bathrooms, wood panelling through out, the curtains that allow a subtle dappled light to stream through while maintaining a feeling of privacy.
Thoughtful bathrooms with English bathroom fixtures in brass and sage, combined with the cement sheet. The master bathroom is generous and vast with the Patricia Urquiola bathtub that has views through the 100 year old Moona trees. Of course a huge shower, Arne Jacobsen tapware and textured sink from Artedomous, all set against the Cement sheets with a Vitruvio illuminated mirror.
The master bed room is sublime and sanctuary, with a custom bed head from Gemla Fabrik set with a HASTENS bed, this is the only Air B n B in Australia with a Hastens bed! Have you ever dreamed of waking up in a Hastens bed!
The bed is covered in linen from Bedioun societe and a one off Cabinet/wardrobe was commissioned by maker/designer Antrei Hartikainen and sits perfectly in the master bedroom.
The whole house has been carefully curated and thought about and feels very welcoming.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire home. We have a surfboard and bikes you can borrow. There is even a table tennis table.

Enjoy the open-plan living areas with a cozy open fire for winter evenings and a luxurious claw-foot bath for stylish relaxation. Situated on the outskirts of town, just a 10-minute walk to the town center. Guests are required to bring their linen, and pets are welcome.
