The Nitty-Gritty: Get to Know Our Terms and Conditions

*QCHB require a 50% deposit to make your booking and balance is due 28 days prior to arrival failure to complete payment can result in cancellation *A refund can be obtained up to 3 months prior to your arrival date less the $100 booking fee and any credit card fees *We may request ALL guest to produce ID before access details are given *Irrelevant of cancellation policy Queenscliff and Costal Holiday Bookings can never offer full refund your refund will always be less the $100 booking fee and or credit card fee *Treat our home as if it were your own. *Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. *No smoking indoors. *Our home is not suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. *You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property *CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 2pm (3pm in PEAK) on the arrival date, check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. * Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply. *Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedure will be as follows: return the key to the key safe and 62 Hesse Street when checking out *After hours call outs incur a $150 fee * UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full. * PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. * Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. * We have the right to evict an guest during their stay if WE deem the behaviour to be antisocial. * YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from Management and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and our neighbours. * You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion) Any damage not reported or found on inspection for the rental will be deducted from the bond or tenant will be taken to VCAT and additional costs for attendance will be claimed. * Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other guests stay extra charges will apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund. No visitors allowed after 9:30pm. If any persons other than registered tenants are invited on the Property then the total bond may be forfeited. Also tenants will be evicted on the spot if damage is found. * Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Where you are staying in a shared home/apartment, the noise curfew is 10pm. * Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Charges will be issued for any rubbish that is left outside the bin. There is free rubbish drop off points for part-time residents. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. * Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond. *If there is a BBQ on the property, it must be left clean otherwise an additional charge of $100 will be applied. * All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. * The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the key safe or as otherwise directed. * You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. A $50 fee will be charged for any lost keys. *Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $250 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. This will be taken from the bond. * No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. Under age drinking is not permitted on the property. If found, Police will be contacted as well as both guarantors. *PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS: * In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. * Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. * Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property. Queenscliff and Coastal Holiday Bookings cannot accept responsibility for personal property such as cameras etc, that are left unattended in your holiday accommodation. Queenscliff and Coastal Holiday Bookings are not liable for any damage or loss of property which as person may sustain during your stay
